We are a small cozy homestay located in the buffer zone of Pench National Park in Madhya Pradesh. Palash is a farmhouse which has 3 bedrooms which we give out to guests. The property is 4 kms from Khursapar gate and 12 kms from Touria . We have multiple common areas which you can use to relax. The property has a full time cook and 2 service staff which look after you through out your stay. The hosts Mr.Deepak and his son Rushant are 3 rd generation Wildlifers and love to interact with guests.
1) The owners are very sweet and really took care of us. 2) The food - breakfast, lunch, dinner was very very good. 3) The service is very good. 4) Ample space to park cars. 5) The rooms are sanitized before the next guest's arrival, which I did see myself. 6) The evening bonfire is the best part of this property.
Lovely, beautiful, and nice. The poha and food were yummy. I can just go back to have the food again.

My family and I stayed at Palash Villa Pench in October, and it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. Nestled in the serene buffer zone of Pench National Park, the villa is a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and heartfelt hospitality. From the moment we booked, our host, Rushant, ensured a seamless experience, taking care of everything from cab transfers to jungle safari bookings and personalized recommendations.
The highlight of our trip was the early morning safari, where we not only learned to interpret jungle calls but also witnessed a magical sight—a tiger cub jumping playfully onto its mother’s back. Moments like these felt like pure magic. In the evening, we gathered around a cozy bonfire, sharing stories about wildlife, learning about tiger conservation, and gaining insights into the operation of the national park. We even watched a captivating documentary about tigers, which deepened our appreciation for these magnificent creatures.
The Palash Villa team made our stay extra special with delicious home-cooked meals and thoughtful gestures like picnic baskets for our safaris.

We stayed at Palash Villa for 2 days. We had a very comfortable stay. Staff was very good in service and they prepared lovely food both veg and non-veg. Rooms were very clean. Staff organised a bonfire and bbq which was a suprise for us and we loved it. I would personally recommend to stay here for a very comfortable stay.

I went with some friends here for 1 night. It was a Charity event which also included Safari ride (we saw the tiger in the afternoon safari). The owner is very warm and welcoming. He had arranged gifts and sweets which we went and distributed to the village kids at Anganwadi. After the safari, there was a bonfire event in the evening followed by music and dance performances by everyone. The next day there were board games and a visit to pottery village organized by the owner. Very unusual trip and very different experience. But this trip proved to be unlucky for me as I lost something very very precious on this trip - which I would not be able to get back. But the property is good, clean and the food was good too. I highly recommend.

This is the first time I was staying at a homestay, as I have always been skeptical of residing in someone’s house, who I don’t know. But thankfully, the host is a joy to meet. We had several interesting conversations, during our stay. Not at any point during our stay, did they make us feel uncomfortable.
It was an amazing experience. Starting from the place to ambiance, rooms, hosts, food. It was a great way to celebrate the long weekend, with bonfire and awesome food. A nice sit out at the backyard and the view where you can enjoy your morning coffee as well as evening drink :) :) Lush green lanes for your morning stroll.
Everything regarding the stay has been awesome. Very good Villa for most comfortable stay both for the family and groups. We are ten in number, all of us, felt very much satisfied during the stay. Mr. Deepak is the person to be thanked very much for his courtesy filled and smiley face. He is most helpful to guide everything we need.
Would love to visit again...Thanks Palash Villa.
Only drawback is that there won’t be any network reception for Airtel users.
Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely give this homestay a thumbs-up.

Very hospitable place to stay. The rooms are very clean and well kept. Excellent location as you can visit Pench Tiger Reserve from the Maharashtra Gate as well as the Madhya Pradesh Gate. The Owner as well as the staff are very hospitable and go out of their way to accommodation our needs. The food is fresh and excellent. Typical local dishes if requested are made as per availability of the local ingredients. A must Visit for everyone travelling to Pench Tiger Reserve.

Had gone here with friends over a weekend. The place is a little on the interiors but once you reach the property, you just cannot be not awed by the place!! Located amidst the nature its a beautiful and luxurious quaint property in serene surroundings. The rooms are spacious and the house has a great charm to it. The food served is homemade and is delicious. Ajay the cook is just amazing for both veg and non-veg food. We met the owners at the property and the couple is just fun to hang out with. Very jovial and welcoming. I am told that they do plan to bring in a lot more to the property as they have just recently opened up. Would highly recommend the place to anyone and everyone who just wants to relax and unwind for a day or two!! Even more if you wish to!
