The food and room atmosphere were just wow awesome😎😎!! We ordered steamed rice, tawa rotis, chicken makhanwala and a dal fry it was so yummy . Especially the chicken makhanwala it was just wow 🤩. Sudhanshu Baidya Kar of Polo lake resort gave us a very good service from check in to check out. He is a very well behaved person of this resort and behaviour is so good that made our stay very comfortable.
Mentioning specially, Sayan Das & Sinu Sinha both have also provided us the best service during our stay.
All Three guys were wonderful & this level of service provided by them will surely make us come back again soon.

Stayed in this facility 2 yrs back in August 2021. It's a government property run by Polo Hotels. Last time I was told that in 2 yrs a new Resort will come up by the Lake with various facilities. But nothing has happened. Old facility is in decay. No investment is perhaps made for maintenance and upkeep. The government property is being used to generate revenue by increasing tariffs. Overall condition is disheartening. Rooms, Toilets are stinking and unclean. Electrical points are mostly inoperable. Even Electric Kettle can't be used as the wall socket is broken. The TV is of no use since satellite connection is not paid for. Intercom is out of service. Hand set kept in a drawer ! The place is understaffed. Like our previous visit, this time also fond Sudhangshu Badyakar doing every thing. He is an asset. Shinu Sinha of Front Desk tries his best to help the Guests. Food in quality & taste is reasonably good but hugely overpriced. Even branded Drinking Water bottles are not given. They supply a local brand at high price. It's purity is definitely doubtful. As a combined effect of all prevailing factors, we decided to leave in the afternoon though we had overnight reservation. May not be back unless the place improves.

Rent is exhorbitant in comparison to the amenities; which are even lesser than a budget hotel, at a 2star category price. Food quality is alright but price is very high. The only good thing is the hospitality of the staff, manager. Mr. Khupa (manager) and a staff (Sudhanshu Badyakar) are so cordial and careful, which is worth mention.

We two families with 6 members visited 0n 28th August 2021 . The resort was in transit period trying to transfer Govt facilities to Private atmosphere. However food was really good but a bit pricy. Mainly the service of Sudhangshu Baidyakar was extraordinary. He was the only person who managed everything starting from chech in, dining,room service & check out. He was the only person who was always avaliable for every kind of service. The rooms were clean and good but not equivalent to the price. However a good weekend getaway for agartalites.

Literally a stone throw away from the neermahal boat booking counter, this is an amazing place to stay.the service was courtious.the breakfast buffet offered an excellent spread of indian dishes.and the staffs were very professional especially Mr.khupa and bindass and the manager Mr.debajyoti was very friendly . Rooms are neat and clean might be better with some extra furniture and decor. Food is great, pricing is a bit on the higher end. Very friendly staffs, especially the Property Manager; Mr. Khupa was very helpful and accomodating. Overall a nice experience.

Every aspect of our stay exceeded and expectations. Great staff! And most comfortable bed. With a beautiful lake view and amazing location and it was just a baby walk from the nerrmahal boat booking counter. Restaurant makes a delicious chicken dum biryani with a mouth watering (raita) on the side!!and requested homestyle chicken kosha with potatoes it was lovely 😍 would highly recommend couples for mixing work and pleasure
