Just about every year between the Holidays our family heads up to Duluth for a few days. We stay at the Suites primarily because they allow dogs. We have not had a bad experience at the hotel. The room's are kind of quirky on that the ones we have stayed in are interior ones with no windows and doors on...

Four of us went up to Duluth in November to see the Bentleyville Christmas light show, and stayed here. This was a very nice hotel to stay at. It's a fixed up factory plant, so you can still see some of the beams and walls from the old plant, but in a good way. We had a room that had...

Wonderful repurposing of the building. Rooms are neat and clean and well appointed. We've stayed in several of the suites, and the one bedroom poolside. All very nice. Excellent breakfast and dining area, nice pool area. Right in the heart of Canal Park, so everything is within walking distance.

Went as a couple. Check-in was easy. Nice Breakfast. Be prepared for kids and sports teams on weekends. Wi - Fi was easy to access and efficient. Location allows walking to all Canal Park businesses. Free one drink at old Chicago during happy hour.

We have stayed at The Suites several times in the past few years. It is a great value, rooms are a decent size, and it is in the middle of the canal park area. There is a large pool, small kiddie pool, decent size hot tub and sauna, as well as a small work out room. The continental breakfast is...

We stay here every year for Bentleyville and when I am in the area for work. Easy location and just gives you a piece of the Duluth history. Highly recommend the staying here - affordable and consistent.

We have a big group of 16 people that go up to Lutsen skiing every year and this is always our stop on the way up. The location is great as it's near all the restaurants, canal brewery, and bars. The rooms are nice, big, and clean and the continental breakfast is just what you need to warm up before...

We recently visited The Suites again this past weekend to take in Bentleyville and again absolutely loved it. The same things we've always loved - pool, cleanliness, location, easy parking, outstanding staff, location were all still there. This time our housekeeper left a note to welcome us and letting us know her name is Teri. The next day we left...

Given the building's industrial history, ceilings are super high. Great price for a true two-room suite that allows pets. Layout of our room was living room / kitchenette, then bathroom and closet, then a bedroom with closed door. Separate TVs in living room and bedroom. This layout is ideal for a family with small child(ren), allowing the baby/toddler/kid to fall...

It was a cheaper option for staying in canal park in the summer... hotel wasn't great but location was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel needs updating and feels like a warehouse. We had super loud neighbors too. But if you are going for a fun night out in canal park and want to save a little money...
