We stayed at this campground while in Duluth. It was in a very good location which allowed us to get in and out of the city with little travel time. It was surrounded by water and a hiking/biking trail, rather secluded and nice size campsites. We would stay here again.

A place to stay if you can't find some place else. They only have 2 showers for each for men and women. 1 bathroom for the men. The showers don't have any where for your clothes, or soaps and things. The biking trail wasn't. I would have given it a 2, but when our site was too small, they did...

While we liked the proximity to Deluth and biking trails, we wouldn't go back. Our campsite had no shade whatever. We were 880 steps from the bath house almost 1/2 miles! Speaking of the bath house, I won't complain about the warm showers, but there was no cold water. Speaking of water, we had to go the same 1/2 miles...

We stayed here so we could take the kids to Thomas Day Out. The year before we stayed at Moose Lake State Park which was nice, but about 45 mins away from Duluth so we wanted to be closer. It isn't very well patrolled at night so it can get loud. The showers are ok, but not the greatest. Considering...

This was a great little campground close to the city. We only stayed one night, as we were travelling through the area. The campground was quiet and clean when we were there and office staff friendly and helpful.

We were looking for weekend accommodations and the hotels in Canal Park were charging almost $400 a night. We got a sort of remote site, close to the river, with very few mosquitoes, for $32/night. The owners/workers were very friendly, but there was a lot of late night partiers who were being loud well after 10pm.

I have been spending a weekend or 2 a year at Indian Point Campground for several years. The point has access to a hiking trail that follows the St Louis River; right on the Munger trail; close to the zoo; minutes from Duluth. We often visit nearby Jay Cooke State Park, or have someone drop us off in Cloquet for...

We stayed here in early October 2015. We arrived on a foggy, misty thursday evening. We had the campground to ourselves the first evening, until the weekend crowed arrived. There were heavy rains so we moved our spot around until we found one that was "dry enough". The staff was friendly and overall the campground was a great value. It's...

We were desperate for a campground since it was late notice. Indian Point is near a residential area but once you are in the campground, it feels like you are farther north. Pretty pricey for what you get but does work on short notice. We stayed in #76 and it was very private. Other sites are pretty much out in...

I live About 200 miles northeast of Duluth, and have been coming to Indian Point Campground for close to 50 years! It is in the west end of Duluth across from the zoo. Great bicycle trails and an easy ride to grocery and discount stores. Small but very clean washrooms and also laundry facilities. Camping fees in my opinion a...

“Do not choose or have assigned tent sites #72 or #73! They are not tent sites at all! They are the space between the sidewalk and bathrooms. Not worth the money. If you have a small camper, like a small pop up, it may work as a camper spot.”
