We recently stayed at Bowstring for a couple nights to do some ice fishing. We were amazed at this place! Great people and very accomodating. The owners of this resort are top notch when it comes to Customer Service. Can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed our three-night stay at Bowstring Shores Resort. The owners were very accommodating and friendly, the cabins were clean and comfortable and the entire resort is very nice. The resort has just about everything you need, including a swimming pool, boat rentals, bait, plenty of dock space, boat lifts, playground and even ice cream in the office. Each cabin...

Great resort for a northern getaway, family retreat, or fishing trip. The owners are very friendly and accomodating. The cabins are clean and the beds are comfortable. Very nice resort for a great price!

We come here from Missouri every two years and we love this resort! The owners are super friendly, the cabins are always clean, and the area is beautiful. There's no place else we'd rather stay. I recommend this resort to anyone!

My wife and I were up in the Grand Rapids area for a vacation and wanted to go ice fishing. Called up Darv and were able to use their fishhouse the very next day. Showed up in the morning and Darv and Marj both noticed that we were driving a car, not a truck. Said that it would be difficult...

I checked other resorts in the area and found nothing close to the excellent condition of this place. The owners are extraordinary people that will do nearly...

My parents come up every year, and this was the first time that we joined them. We rented 2 cabins for the 6 of us, so my parents could be in a different cabin than the toddler. The cabins were small and cozy - very rustic but comfortable. They had everything that you needed. Darv and Marjean are great owners!...

The units were crammed together pretty close. It was easy to over hear conversations of others while they were in their cabins or duxplex side. We were frequently awaken at night by loud guests. We thought it a little pricey. We would have appreciated a bit more privacy
