My husband and I have just spent 2 nights at this delightful and very well positioned hotel. We could find, almost, no faults as the staff, room and food were all excellent. The only problem we found was that when we dined in the dining room it was extremely noisy and felt as if we were back in a school...

We booked a night away for Saturday 18th February through Secret Escapes inc a deluxe room, breakfast and an evening meal. The hotel confirmed that the deluxe room would be a double after I emailed them directly to check. After I booked the hotel emailed me to confirm what time I wanted to book our dinner reservation for. Again I...

Booked an overnight stay with dinner, bed and breakfast. Had a lovely time. Food was first class, spa facilitated in the old church and the staff could not do enough for you. The building is spectacular as are the views. Looking at booking another break away. Thank you Shrigley Hall.

What an amazing place to stay for so many reasons! Every single member of staff is so polite and courteous at all times and the food was absolutely delicious. The hall itself is beautiful and is set in the most wonderful Cheshire countryside. The pool, which is located in an old chapel, is a pleasure to behold. Full marks to...

This hotel employ reservation staff who are unable to communicate properly in English which is now illegal in UK. They are even unable to make a booking without supervision. Unable to calculate a price. NOT GOOD. I have emailed UK Border Agency to investigate employment of illegal staff.

Me and my partner stayed here Monday-Wednesday for Valentine's and I must say we really enjoyed ourselves. We stayed in room 115, the view from our window was amazing and the room was very spacious and very clean the only issue we had was the draft from the bathroom window which meant keeping the bathroom door closed to keep the...

Wonderful Hotel and Spa with large rooms and whirlpool bath. The food was exemplary and just too good to describe. The location was spectacular with wonderful views over the Cheshire plane and walks around the grounds were very pleasant and interesting. My Wife and I coupled our stay with a visit to the Robinson's Brewery visitor centre and wow was...

Just come back from a lovely 1 night stay with my husband, was dubious when reading some of the reviews! Firstly let me say the hotel grounds are outstanding, the hotel itself is easy to find. Upgrade was booked (deluxe) and paid for prior to stay as this was to be a special celebration. Initial room allocated was 109 - which could not be described as 'deluxe', especially with the dust-laden drapes on the four-poster bed (which had not been requested) and the discovery of another person's swimwear. There were two portable radiators attached to an...
