Upon arrival we noticed the upkeep of the landscape outside was not up to par. Everything was overgrown and just plain ugly. Not to mention a for sale sign on the front. It looks like the place is not even open for business. We had to use the stairs in the back to get to our 2nd floor room. The...

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all my needs. They were prompt and attentive whenever I asked for anything. The rooms were clean and a little small but comfortable. I would definitely stay a Laquinta Inn & Suites again.

Stayed here for 1 night because it was across the street from the business park I had an early morning meeting in. Other choice was the Marriott which was considerably more expensive. This was under $100 for the night. The lobby is in need of an update. You are greeted by a chandelier from the 80's?? Outdated colors throughout the...

We stayed here for five days in June for the Junior National volleyball tournament at the convention center. We often stay at the La Quinta hotel chain while in Florida. I have to admit this hotel was clean and the staff was very nice but the rooms were pretty small with very little drawer and closet space. It is definitely...

We were in Minneapolis for a volleyball tournament and our team was assigned to the La Quinta Brooklyn Park by the tournament housing company (THS). When we arrived to the hotel, we immediately saw that it was run down. There were nasty looking stains on the walls (picture attached) near the elevator and in other areas. The lobby furniture was...

We walked in the hotel and it smelled odd and did not look worth the $100.00 per night. I ended up cancelling a reservation by telephone. The assistant manager (Theresa) said there was no charge, but the hotel charged me one night for a room anyway. I have been trying for several days to get this cleared. The "LaQuinta" corporate...

Room was small and dirty. Mold on ceiling in bathroom along with other unknown red product on the tiles and on the grout. Did not change dirty sheets. Exercise facility was poor and accompanied with a strong unpleasant odor. Beds were tiny! Pillows were bricks. Nothing comfortable to think you're coming "home" to relax at the end of the day,...

I was booked at this hotel for business travel. The property is run down and filthy. The rooms smell badly, beds are tiny. FILTHY. Should be torn down. First room was unacceptable, tried a second, also terrible. Dirty carpet, dirty bedspreads (used over and over for years without being laundered or replaced I am sure) Dirty towels. Dirty smell throughout....

The LaQuinta Hotel in Brooklyn Park MN. is a nice hotel with a great and pleasant staff. We stay here at least twice a year and have never had a problem or complaint that hasn't been resolved immediately.

This LaQuinta is very clean and well cared for. They have just upgraded a considerable amount of the furniture. Rooms are small but very clean. They are big enough for two people and a dog, but I would not want a family group in that room with two doubles. Breakfast was not what we expected...biscuits were very hard and donuts...
