The large rooms have been updated, with comfortable beds, large bath, and extra large TV. However, the carpet in the halls was dirty and worn. Breakfast was pathetic with poor service, nearly empty refrigerator and fried eggs that looked days old. The rest of the food was good.

For the price this was an OK place to stay. The non-smoking room smelt like an ash tray. There was "sticky stuff" on the carpet & on one of the beds the sheets were stained. (didn't find that one out 'til later from one of the kids!) On the good side - the breakfast was great & they accepted pets...

This place is really nice and is in prefect corner of Minneapolis. The staff are really amazing . The front desk lady I guess her name was Sophie she was absolutely amazing helpful and very professional. And to top it all of the price was pretty reasonable too.

I complained every night about housekeeping and bugs and no one in management made contact with me or my husband, This hotel has some sort of escort services or who knows but not kid friendly. When I made my reservations they said it was a nice part of the city and quickly we found out it was not. Worst hotel...

We stayed here one night and were satisfied with our stay. The lobby is attractive and the front desk clerk was pleasant. Our room was clearly just remodeled with funky black carpet with geometric images on it. Everything appeared to be new and done up in the modern geometric style. Our bathroom was clean and also updated. We did notice...

All 4 of the rooms we reserved smelled freshly of smoke - the pillow that I brought was wrecked. The bathroom fixtures had mold growing in them. The carpets and elevator floors were filthy. The breakfast was barely recognizable as food. Please, spend a little more money and stay somewhere else. Unless you are a smoker - then go for...

Getting lost in Minnesota and finding this hotel was just what we needed. The clerk was fun, friendly and very helpful. She got us back on track and told us where to get a great dinner. After a full belly she also made us a pot of coffee at 8 pm so we could have our after dinner coffee.

Had to stay here for last minute business trip. I would say manage expectations. When the rate of hotel is $65-$85.... Guess what.... The good news is the quality of the room is much better than the exterior and common spaces. Newer carpet and bedding, large tv and fridge. There was no thermostat on old under wall unit- it's either...

I travel for work and I stay in all types of hotels and I am not picky, However from the time I checked in until I left at 2am there was a constant banging of doors, people partying in the halls. It was like every tweaker, and escort in Minnesota was having a convention at this location. Room was clean...
