The hotel is about a 30-minute taxi ride from the center of Yogyakarta. We had reserved both Standard and Standard Super rooms, but could not tell the difference between the two...

My family and grandparents spent 6 days at Omah Tembi Homestay. We really enjoyed our stay there. If you want to experience the real Jogja culture from food, housing and mingling with the people, Omah Tembi Homestay is definitely the best...

Since it was so cheap for all of those, we thought the breakfast was going to be not so good but aparently was a lot better than we expected. The wedang ronde as the welcome drink was amazing also. It was...

If you want to feel on how being part of the javanese culture, stay here. The guesthouse is located in the middle of the javanese kampoong so can easily interact with people and watch their daily activities. We were so lucky as we got a chance to watch a group of people playing gamelan (javanese music ensemble) and they allowed...

Omah Tembi is situated at south Jogja, not too far from heart of Jogja,(Malioboro and Kraton Jogja). If we are heading to Parang Tritis Beach,we will pass Tembi Village. According to the historical traditional local people,Tembi Village is a place for children of royal families growing up. We can easily find trace of culture and history from the past. It makes...
