My husband and I stayed at the Country Hermitage for 3 nights while in Traverse City looking to buy a vacation home. The Innkeepers were so wonderful, I felt like we were family. The room we stayed in was beautiful, CLEAN (so important to us) and the decor gorgeous. So many antiques adorn this Inn and the overall quaintness of...

My husband and I recently returned from our stay at the Country Hermitage Bed and Breakfast. The innkeepers were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a lot of nice added extras including Aveda products in the bathroom. The location was within a reasonable distance to all area attractions which allowed us to visit the peninsula and...

We stayed at the Country Hermitage Bed an Breakfast in Traverse City for 2 nights and then returned the night before we left as it was near the airport. Our stay all 3 nights was just wonderful. We spent a spring weekend at this B & B and it is on the TOP of our list of places to stay. Excellent hospitality. If you like a gourmet SIT DOWN breakfast, then you have to stay here. One morning we had yogurt with fresh fruit, followed by slices of pork tenderloin, polenta, morel mushroom quiche, and cheese biscuits....

Seeking a mini pre-spring break and to celebrate a late Valentines, my beau and I chose the Country Hermitage in Williamsburg, MI, within an 8 minute drive to downtown Traverse City. Traverse City is of course a fun summertime town. But even in the late winter, it is still a good weekend destination. The Country Hermitage was a warm and...

My wife and I stayed at the Country Hermitage for a few days in August. I highly recommend it. The hosts were gracious and the food was excellent. We are interested in older homes and the home is very nice. The location in a cherry orchard cannot be beat.

I wanted to share what a wonderful experience my husband and I had at The Country Hermitage this past weekend. Having never been to a B&B before we were not certain what to expect. Well, our stay far exceeded our expectations. It was easy to imagine the beauty of the home itself but what we were so thrilled with was...

My husband and I planned a weekend getaway in Traverse City, and after reading the reviews here, decided we had to stay at the Country Hermitage. We could not have been happier. The house itself is beautiful restored and decorated, the grounds are beautiful -- especially when the cherry trees are in bloom -- and the hosts, Lisa and Carl,...

COUNTRY HERMITAGE BED & BREAKFAST--TRAVERSE CITY, MI My husband and I were trying to figure out where to go for a celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary. My husband and I stayed at the Country Hermitage B&B for our 1 year anniversary over the weekend of May 21st-23rd. This was our very first time at a B&B and we were very pleased.
