Typical Courtyard for business travel. Nice property with a pool and a limited restaurant. Some newer Employees so checkout is a little tedious but they are friendly. Restaurant row within 5 miles. A small gym. It is a little tough to navigate the roads to enter the property but if you stay here you won’t be disappointed
I stayed here in October for a business trip and my room was a tad depressing. It definitely needs an update. The lobby area was also dated as in need of a renovation. The staff at the front desk and Starbucks was friendly and inviting as usual. The check in and check out process were a breeze. The king bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the desk area to work and read emails.
Stayed for 2 nights for family reunion. Convenient hotel, clean and comfortable. Nice and helpful staff. Our rooms were in the back so even though the hotel was full, it was quiet, which I really appreciated.
Two night stay for local business meetings. Hotel is just off the main road, so convenient but not out-of-the-way. Countless restaurant and entertainment options within minutes. Front desk staff is courteous, room was clean and quiet, breakfast team turned out orders quickly. Only reason not a 5-star is there's only one elevator, inconveniently located in one corner of the hotel - so worthless to most guests. Otherwise, it's what you should expect from a CY, and that's a good thing.
Stayed here for a hockey weekend. Front desk was great and accommodating. The rooms was spacious and very clean. A lot of traffic in the hallways but the rooms were quiet. Nice lobby café as well! Check and see if pool is open when you book!
The majority of hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to arrive at the hotel. The room was clean and well kept One of the staff at the food counter seemed be bored and disinterested. But when the food was brought out, the lady that brought it out was lovely and friendly, and the food was great!
My son and I stayed here for three days during a hockey tournament. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. My room was large and spacious. It was taken care of by Sherry and she did a marvelous job making it up when we were gone. The hotel is located within a few miles of tons of restaurants and shopping locations. There is a pool but we never had a chance to use it. Would of got 5 stars but there was no free continental breakfast which seems to be common these days in most hotels this size. I would recommend this hotel.
I would definitely advise against staying here. First off, I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a hotel. The staff is rude and annoyed by everything. The “security guard” takes his job way too seriously. It’s almost like they’d rather you didn’t come out of your room. There’s a huge lobby area with tons of seating, tables etc. however they consider that their “bistro” and do not allow you to sit there!! Even though the place is always empty!! The hotel was booked to capacity and we were all crammed into a tiny area with a few couches. Super uncomfortable. The rooms are old and outdated. The walls are paper thin so I could hear the guy next door peeing :( The place is quite big and there is only one elevator and it’s located miles away – believe me you will be walking forever. Location is pretty much in the middle of nowhere- no restaurants, nothing to do. Take my advice, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else! This is no Marriott.…
This was a very nice hotel. It was in a quiet area. The hotel is very clean. We went to see the Lions play. About 20 minutes to the stadium. There was shopping close by. Some restaurants close by to. Would definitely stay here again
The hotel is clean the staff at the front desk is consistently polite and helpful. The room is more than fine. I just ask to please change filters in the heating and cooling. The system is al little noisy as well.
