With Covid, we had to miss a couple years. It was so nice to return. The best part was getting to see Shamim, Golam, Titu and Ray. We even got to speak with Cheryl over the phone. This place has the most amazing staff members. Can hardly wait to see everyone again next weekend.
Happy hour should really mean it’s happy. Making my wife feel special starts the night of right. My man’s Golam was on point. Cheers to the weekend. If you are looking for a regular place to get away, embassy Troy is the spot... get your points and let go
Had to argue with multiple staff members throughout the stay to get details corrected. The room was great but a few members of the staff really need to learn how to deal with situations that arise. Expecting people to read a fine print slip of paper tucked into the folder with the room keys is a bit ridiculous I think. I don't see how it would be so hard for people to tell you things like where the ice machines are located or how to arrange for housekeeping.
great location. Golem at the bar is amazing, so customer focused. Bryan who ran us foe the shuttle was so helpful when we needed it as our car broke down. just a great property and these two are the best of the very best. I will keep coming back to this location! Hilton at its very best!
Sara was great making sure our reservations were taken care of perfectly Golam is by far the Best employee we will come back if the price is right however if hockey tournament is there we will probably have to go elsewhere
Our hockey team stayed here for 4 days and it was a great place. Full breakfast, happy hour drinks and snacks are all included. The bedroom was at the back but the pull our couch is in the front and it gets noisy there.
Golam and Shamim are amazing bartenders. They are attentive and provide amazing customer service! The food was great and the service was outstanding. They know their customers and provide fantastic customer service.
Booked our hotel 3 mo in advance… got to hotel and after waiting 30 min for room to get “cleaned”, was finally told they were overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. Finally found one but not what we booked
We had our 50th High School Reunion at the Troy Embassy Suites. Great Venue, Outstanding Staff, delicious food and wonderful accommodations. We had a Meet and Greet on Friday with 100 and the main Reunion Saturday with 150, both went great.
The hallways and public areas were filled with boys aged 9-14 running and yelling up and down the hallways. The hotel has an interior atrium open to the lobby, so all the sounds were magnified. Noise continued until at least 11 pm. Breakfast was a challenge to keep food on the plate while avoiding kids who were darting in and out to get something.
