We had an easy check in. We also had the pleasure of dealing with super friendly staff! For instance, Derrick, was really helpful and pleasant about it! The rooms smell great and have been well cleaned. They always provide the proper amenities, such as fluffy pillows and tissues! We love our stay here!

This red roof is newly remodeled and the best red roof inn I've stayed in in the country derrick at the front desk always does a great job taking care of me and my family making sure we are satisfied I love this red roof

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here.When we first arrived we were greeted by a very nice lady named Lejla. She was very friendly and very nice to us. Then the maids were all also very attentive, gave us everything that we needed . We will be definitely back when in town!

Lejla has been very helpful when checking me in and out. I've been staying here for almost two years they recently did renovations on all the rooms and repainted inside and out for both buildings. The only downside is that there bedding is still from when you could smoke in your room.

Red Roof Troy is a great value. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and decent quality linens. Housekeeping is always prompt with taking care of the needs of the guests. The office staff are all friendly and professional, with Derek going the extra mile on a few occasions when I needed some additional assistance. They even put the effort into decorating the lobby for Christmas, which gives the facility a homey, welcoming appearance. A+

Good prices and friendly staff. Leila, who works morning throughout the week is amazing and always ready to help answer any questions you have. Always good to talk with her. I've been staying here with my husband and 2 dogs and it really feels like home. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area!
