We used this B & B as a base to explore the Devon and Dorset region for 3 nights. Perfect for our needs. Very comfortable. Room large, breakfast amazing and hostes charming. A nearby pub which was perfect for dinner.

Stayed in the Oak room with my partner and our two small children. It was actually an annex made up of 2 rooms with a bathroom between them. We had the annex to ourselves which gave us real freedom with the kids without having to worry about the other guests. The rooms were really homely and spaceous which made it...

My husband and I came for the Devon Show, which is approx 20min drive from the B&B. We arrived late to a warm welcome, and a beautiful room. The finishing touches made the stay that much nicer. The Breakfast was lovely. The family are great and we will be coming back next year. I recommend staying here.

Stayed there for one night, very easy going. Gave us our key to come in as we please in the evening, nice modern ensuite, comfortable bed and clean room. Everything we needed for our stay. We had great cooked English breakfast which I could choose what I wanted and my partner had eggs. Along with fruit, cereal and yogurt and...

Stayed here for the second time. Lovely quiet B and B, very well appointed, comfy beds, soft towels, wifi and lots of attention to detail. Helen welcomed us with a tray of tea in the guests lounge on arrival. Breakfast is first rate a good choice of home cooked produce, a great full English and also plenty of cereals, fruit,...

Beautiful welcoming B & B on working farm set in rolling country about 25 mins drive from centre of Exeter. Very clean and nicely appointed room with superb choice for breakfast - Cereal, Fruit, Toast, Full English etc. Walks straight from the farm door. Very pleasant stay.

Highly recommend this farm B and B. We had a lovely weekend stay and the breakfasts set us up for the whole day; No need for lunch! The countryside around the farm is wonderful and you can also easily get to Exeter and on to Dartmoor.

I discovered this real gem of a place just over a year ago and have stayed many times since. The rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. Set on a farm with lovely countryside around it, the value for money here beats the hotels in and around Exeter (I have been using them for years until I found Newcourt Barton)....

So pleased we stayed here. Helen and the family made us very welcome: the setting is beautiful and, cleverly, the best part of the original farmhouse has been made over to the guests. Large rooms, south facing in the main, and plenty of privacy. Breakfast - in the sunny dining room overlooking typical Devonshire views - was everything we'd hoped...

My husband, our two children and my parents stayed here for two nights for a wedding that was close by. We couldn't have wished for a better place, the rooms were lovely and the beds so comfy! Breakfast was excellent and seeing the lambs was the icing on the cake. Our children loved playing with Max the dog whilst they...
