We're already planning our return and intend to bring parents with us. The inn is in an older building, so that means it has pros and cons. Decorations are beautiful, architecture is interesting, in a good way, each room has its own charm. The private our back garden was a great place to enjoy the evening small plates or anytime...

I go to Wickwood when I want a little pampering beyond the usual B&B. I went right before Christmas 2015. Saugatuck is very slowed down at that time of year--not as many quaint decorations, interesting trinkets, etc. as I had expected. But I enjoyed my 2 days there -- met a couple of other single women traveling somewhere else but...

This was our second visit to Wickwood with our first being many years ago and our second one last week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had such fond memories of our first visit and sadly the second visit simply did not measure up. There was such attention to detail on our first visit and everything was clean, tidy, and...

Hello! What a joy it was to read your kind comments about your recent birthday visit to Wickwood. Good food is a big part of the overall experience we enjoy creating for our guests, as well as a lovely room for their stay. Saugatuck is a truly special place in the Summer, and in fact, all year long. We're thrilled...

The best B&B around and very high class. They pamper you from the first minute you check in. The breakfast was modified to fit a nut allerg too. The 6pm wine and snacks is a great extra as well. Very well maintained and very clean. Great location to shops and 1 block off the water. Simply fabulous.

This very charming inn is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The inn manager was friendly and made sure we were comfortable. The food was fantastic. We were there one night so had appetizers at 6:00pm and breakfast the next morning at 9:00am. I do wish there had been a selection of wine in the evening. The rose' in...

We paid over $400 per night to stay here during prime time. I had a medical problem and called about possibly rescheduling and they would not even consider giving me a break. We're sorry to hear you weren't happy during your stay. Our staff always try very, very hard to meet the needs of every guest, especially during our busy summer months. Regretfully, this isn't always possible. That being said, you should have received your iPhone chargers in the mail just after contacting us, and at no charge; we hope you found...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Welcome to Wickwood! Perfectly placed in the heart of Saugatuck's Historic District, our Inn is prodigious - providing you with more privacy than a Bed and Breakfast and more pampering than a Boutique Hotel. We can't wait for you to experience the difference of life at Wickwood! We are smitten by the fresh flavors of the seasons, and we're serious about celebrating local food. Everyday we serve our owner and Silver Palate Cookbook author's distinctive Champagne Brunch, Evening Sips & Small Plates, and Scrumptious Sweets & Treats throughout your stay. All of this is complimentary because we adore the cheer that comes from sharing good food and wine seasoned with a generous dash of laughter. Of course, high speed WiFi and private parking are also part of your stay. Life it too short to worry about additional charges and costs. As you step outside our doors, the charm of our coastal Village awaits. With its pristine beaches, award winning art galleries, unique boutiques and intriguing historic interests ... you may be unable to resist life in Saugatuck! ... more   less
