This was my second time staying at this hotel with a large group of school students. The group travel associate Stephanie was great to work with. The attached restaurant was a delight to have as they accommodated our large group. Convenient location, clean rooms, helpful staff. We will be glad to stay here again in the future.
Booked as we passed through town; friendly cheerful front desk staff. Super clean facility, just what we expect in a Sheraton / Bonvoy property. Offered discount at local restaurants. Great eats all around this place. No hesitation to stay there again.
Marriott should be embarrassed to claim this hotel. Restaurant closes quite early. Vending and pantry almost nonexistent. Of course no breakfast 🤦♀️. No fridge or microwave to cool or warm the sparse fare. Staff was as sparse. Mattresses old
70 steps from desk to single elevator serving six floors. No lamp /ight for desk Half of Points sign unit In midst of Covid surge - no staff masked No plugs by either side of bed to charge phone . ipan All Most every hotel in the US has multiple, easily accessible outlets NO sign in elevator indicating when it was last inspected ( normal in all hotels ) Hotel destroying the Marriott brand Had been in a Holiday Express in Columbus OH prior night Staff mask
The Four Points in Saginaw is a great place to stay & a great hotel to work with. The company I work for has used this hotel for multiple room blocks for large groups. I have heard nothing but good things. Nice, clean rooms; friendly staff; close to the highway & near many great restaurants and stores. Added bonus is a restaurant and bar on site. Stephanie Starling, the director of sales is a fantastic person to work with!
As a Marriott member this hotel is embarrassing. The Vacuum in the elevator was taken at 12:38 pm. I showed the front desk and upon returning to the hotel at 10:30 pm it has been moved to the hallway with all of the towels on the floor. The wet floors from the pool area is dangerous and should at least have wet floor signs. I checked out a day early just because of the noise and how dirty the hotel was. I do understand that there is a labor shortage. But putting a vacuum away and picking up towels on the main floor isn’t asking too much.
Chose this hotel as I was traveling to the upper peninsulas of Michigan. It is an area of hotels and chain restaurants. Very convenient. The staff very great and check in was smooth. Room was clean and linen smelled fresh. Good value for the money paid.
This was my first visit there and I found the staff to be very helpful and informative. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I often find that some hotels have air conditioners or heaters difficult to regulate . This was not the case here. I was comfortable.
The room is nice, hotel seems nice. But the poor desk person had to come up and override the heat in the room. I did not have the option of turning on the air-conditioning when it was 70° in my room. Also breakfast was not included, which is fine, I was just not aware.
The biggest thing about this hotel is the service. The service And staff Are Fantastic. Kudos goes out to Bruno working night shift! The hotel itself is a little dated and the rooms probably need a little bit of a renovation. They’re probably about 10 to 12 years old at this point. They weren’t bad though. The beds were comfy and the furnishings were appropriate. The biggest con is the placement of the elevators. They aren’t situated in the middle of the hotel space as you would assume but on Either side of the hallways. Just the layouts a little bit odd. Overall a little dated hotel that needs renovation but tremendous customer service and appropriate accommodations. I’ll be staying here again in future visits to Saginaw.
