Our family enjoyed our one night stay. The provide a 10% discount for the Uno’s connected to the hotel. We used the coupon and thought the food was excellent. Breakfast was served at the Uno’s as well. The breakfast was better than a normal continental, but it wasn’t incredible. However the breakfast is free, but you can order and pay for more if wanted. The king room was clean, but the bathroom was TINY!!! That is really the only bad thing I can speak to. Other than the elevator situation was a little scarce with only what seemed like 2 elevators scattered across the main floor. To get to our room on the 4th floor we were asked to park towards the back of the hotel and use the elevator there to get up to our room. We used the door once and then when we came back to use it, there was a note on it informing us that the door was no longer to be used. This forces you to use the other elevator that is farther away from your room. There is an indoor and outdoor pool.

The property was very quiet and the front desk staff was outstanding. The room was well used, with a cracked sink and who knows what splashed on the bathroom walls. The common area carpet was worn out. The bed was comfortable but a bit noisy with some clunking noises when rolling over.

The Four Points in Saginaw is a great place to stay & a great hotel to work with. The company I work for has used this hotel for multiple room blocks for large groups. I have heard nothing but good things. Nice, clean rooms; friendly staff; close to the highway & near many great restaurants and stores. Added bonus is a restaurant and bar on site. Stephanie Starling, the director of sales is a fantastic person to work with!

I live in Saginaw. I needed a room with my two children because my septic system is backing up into my home. We cannot use any water (showers, toilet, washing hands…..normal sanitary things we take for granted). I stopped at Sheraton Saginaw to book a room so my children had a bathroom to use and a shower to get ready for school. I was told that Marriott charges a $400 incidental fee for local residents. If all goes well we get it back in 7-10 days. The person working the desk called his manager to see if it could be waived and manager said no. I am a mom with two kids. I assure you we are not partying it up. Terrible policy. I will never stay at a Marriott property again.

If I could no stars I would. The consideration and treatment of a human is lacking by the management. I was locked out of my room with my infant son for multiple hours in the hallway after midnight because the security latch for the door was tripped. My sons food and necessities were in the room. I am a nursing mother and my breastfeeding and pumping supplies were also in the room. I was engorged, my son was uncomfortable and screaming. No one could get the door open until after 1am. The room was an adjoining room but it was on a pilot floor so they were not willing to go through and disturb the (possible) other guest to access our room. I say possible because they didn't check to see if the room was actually occupied.
After hours of the traumatic experience with my baby, the night staff member said she would wave the cost of the night for us. Once we got home we saw we had our points deducted and were charged for the night.
I have called Marriott and the hotel manager since July leaving message after message. The manager sends me to voice-mail and has blatantly ignored me for months.

Booked for one night. They put room (RM 401) with a broken shower, dirty towels, and a sticky substance on the phone. When we called, they came up, wiped off the phone, didn't take the dirty towels or provide new towels, AND DIDN'T FIX THE SHOWER. At checkout, they said that they would reduce/comp the room and they wanted to contact us later. Two weeks have passed and they haven't contacted us. When they billed us, they billed us for two nights! Disputed the charge with CC company and disputed the charges with Marriott. Stil unresolved. I will never stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel because it was recommended to me by a relative who was getting married on the area, but I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone else.
First, it is undergoing a significant renovation that isn’t publicized on their website. It’s a construction zone with caution tape all over. There is also a layer of fine particulate matter on every surface that didn’t appear to be cleaned at any point in my multi-day stay. It felt like a biohazard, and I could feel my lungs tightening up whenever I walked in from outside. The only place to sit was a mantle ledge that would leave your butt covered in white powder. I know because my butt print from the first night remained as a reminder of my stay through checkout. At least wipe down the obvious stuff, come on now.
The pool which was advertised as heated was frigid. I had been looking forward to enjoying a lot of pool time, but after 15 minutes, I was shivering so hard I had to get out. The pool also was dirty, with numerous pieces of trash in it that weren’t cleaned over the entirety of my stay. And the pool towels. Honestly, why even have them there if you give your patrons bath mats. Bath mats! Which aren’t pool towels.
The rooms are incredibly dark. When I had every light on in the room, it still felt like I was in a log cabin in the middle of nowhere at 2am. And don’t even get me started on the showers. Whoever designed a shower with a stationary wall that requires you to get drenched by a blast of cold water to turn the thing on should be forced to use that design in their own homes in perpetuity. When I’m waking up, I don’t want to be tired, naked, and freezing cold. That’s how the showers left me.
The beds were extremely comfortable. The one positive.
Overall, whoever runs this hotel needs to serious reconsider their occupation, if there even is someone running it. Don’t charge people what you do and give them a bait and switch. Just awful.

As a Marriott member this hotel is embarrassing. The Vacuum in the elevator was taken at 12:38 pm. I showed the front desk and upon returning to the hotel at 10:30 pm it has been moved to the hallway with all of the towels on the floor. The wet floors from the pool area is dangerous and should at least have wet floor signs. I checked out a day early just because of the noise and how dirty the hotel was. I do understand that there is a labor shortage. But putting a vacuum away and picking up towels on the main floor isn’t asking too much.

My reservation was canceled an hour before check in due to "incomplete renovations" and I never received a call or email. I had booked the room 3 months in advance by calling the hotel directly. I only discovered my room was canceled because others traveling for the same event in town had reported their own rooms also being canceled last minute/day of arrival. I had to call the hotel to discover that not only did I not have a room, I would need to scramble to find a replacement room during a busy convention weekend. Customer Service/hotel management was unapologetic for the extremely short notice.

There is a somewhat limited breakfast that I ate once but there aren't many breakfast options. I plan to eat at Dennys or IHOP next time, both of which are on either side.
There are more places to choose from in the Saginaw area.
