In town for the weekend with family. Stayed at the Stay bridge Marriott down the street for a girls night and wish my whole weekend was there. I transferred to this hotel after the girls night because my parents booked at this hotel. Rooms have just the bathroom mirror no mirrors in the room which usually hotels have full length mirrors and/or desk mirror. Pool was under renovation which would have been good to know during booking. Rooms are outdated in general. Couldn't find vending machines on the first floor. Doesn't offer breakfast. Hard to find plugs to charge phone. Lamps didn't have USB to plug in phone charger either. Stay bridge makes this hotel look like the slums and both are Marriott and stay bridge is right down the street. Recommend stay bridge 100%. Great breakfast, working pool and nice updated rooms. Four point needs to renovation bad and get breakfast.

The property was very quiet and the front desk staff was outstanding. The room was well used, with a cracked sink and who knows what splashed on the bathroom walls. The common area carpet was worn out. The bed was comfortable but a bit noisy with some clunking noises when rolling over.

If I could no stars I would. The consideration and treatment of a human is lacking by the management. I was locked out of my room with my infant son for multiple hours in the hallway after midnight because the security latch for the door was tripped. My sons food and necessities were in the room. I am a nursing mother and my breastfeeding and pumping supplies were also in the room. I was engorged, my son was uncomfortable and screaming. No one could get the door open until after 1am. The room was an adjoining room but it was on a pilot floor so they were not willing to go through and disturb the (possible) other guest to access our room. I say possible because they didn't check to see if the room was actually occupied. After hours of the traumatic experience with my baby, the night staff member said she would wave the cost of the night for us. Once we got home we saw we had our points deducted and were charged for the night. I have called Marriott and the hotel manager since July leaving message after message. The manager sends me to voice-mail and has blatantly ignored me for months.

Our family enjoyed our one night stay. The provide a 10% discount for the Uno’s connected to the hotel. We used the coupon and thought the food was excellent. Breakfast was served at the Uno’s as well. The breakfast was better than a normal continental, but it wasn’t incredible. However the breakfast is free, but you can order and pay for more if wanted. The king room was clean, but the bathroom was TINY!!! That is really the only bad thing I can speak to. Other than the elevator situation was a little scarce with only what seemed like 2 elevators scattered across the main floor. To get to our room on the 4th floor we were asked to park towards the back of the hotel and use the elevator there to get up to our room. We used the door once and then when we came back to use it, there was a note on it informing us that the door was no longer to be used. This forces you to use the other elevator that is farther away from your room. There is an indoor and outdoor pool.

I live in Saginaw. I needed a room with my two children because my septic system is backing up into my home. We cannot use any water (showers, toilet, washing hands…..normal sanitary things we take for granted). I stopped at Sheraton Saginaw to book a room so my children had a bathroom to use and a shower to get ready for school. I was told that Marriott charges a $400 incidental fee for local residents. If all goes well we get it back in 7-10 days. The person working the desk called his manager to see if it could be waived and manager said no. I am a mom with two kids. I assure you we are not partying it up. Terrible policy. I will never stay at a Marriott property again.

I booked a hotel room two queen beds for a family of four. Two kids two adults. I used my points to book this stay. They assigned us a King room. Went down to the lobby… they were unable to change the room assignment. It is beyond belief that they could assign us a room for 4 people and not be able to change it . They also have NO rollaway beds either. Ashley was kind enough to call the other Marriott hotels in the area to NO avail for a room to accommodate us. She called the holiday inn express to reserve a room for us..and sent us over there saying that it would be taken care of. We get over to the other hotel and they tell us they do not do direct billing like that with another hotel. So had to pay over 300 for a room last minute bc of 4 points irresponsible actions. Ashley at the desk was great …she said that the hotel was actually overbooked and they had to cancel a lot of reservations. I just don’t understand how or why we wouldn’t receive a phone call when I e-checked the night before. I am highly disappointed in Marriott.

Stayed with a large group. Staff was accommodating and gave us a hospitality room with fridges and microwaves when we did not all have them in the rooms. Rooms are fine, but walls are VERY thin. Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub area was nice to have. Free laundry at the end of the hall on the 3rd floor.

This was my second time staying at this hotel with a large group of school students. The group travel associate Stephanie was great to work with. The attached restaurant was a delight to have as they accommodated our large group. Convenient location, clean rooms, helpful staff. We will be glad to stay here again in the future.

Booked as we passed through town; friendly cheerful front desk staff. Super clean facility, just what we expect in a Sheraton / Bonvoy property. Offered discount at local restaurants. Great eats all around this place. No hesitation to stay there again.

Marriott should be embarrassed to claim this hotel. Restaurant closes quite early. Vending and pantry almost nonexistent. Of course no breakfast 🤦‍♀️. No fridge or microwave to cool or warm the sparse fare. Staff was as sparse. Mattresses old
