Recently staying at this motel and the staff lady moss Sharon is very rude and ignorant.overcharged my card denied it got loud with me called police on me twice and threaten to cut me with a knife 6 ways very poor staff and when called owner he corrected situation but his staff needs to change

I called asked if they had a hot tub was told yes! Great that’s what I was looking for and no other one in the area had one or a working one. When I got ther I decided to get a jacuzzi room too. Rented it ask about the hot tub was told it’s in your room! At first look room was decent newly remodeled floors and greasy paint. But then the bed was sagging in the middle, sheets had cigarette burns on them, and an orange stain. Pillow cases where inside out and pillows best if you brought your own only two little shabby ones. Mirrors where dirty tub had hair in it. Trim around jacuzzi tub had someone’s razor top in it. Fridge did not teach a cooling temp in the 12 hours I was there. Tv would not stay on kept turning on and off. The best part the reason I got the room while in the tub I noticed floaters in the water when I drained the tub the bottom was dirty. My husband filled and drained it with the jet’s running 5-6 times and still in there so they need to learn how to clean a jacuzzi tub after use too! So if you choose to stay here bring pillows and stuff to clean your room because housekeeping is not good. Make sure you have a cooler for any food you may want to bring and something to watch tv on if you want to watch tv. And if you want to sit in dirty water the hot water was good and the heat works in the room good. Only plus…

1. Apple Tree Inn responded to my message long after I left for Saginaw. My message was ignored once arriving. 2. Plenty of rooms not in use. 40 to 50 rooms I'm guessing not in use. Despite my request they put me a noisy section. 3. Should consider providing a small bar of soap and coffee cups for the provided coffee. 4. When making the bed, the sheets go UNDER the blankets. 5. Showing up without a reservation would yield an on location (Big flashing sign out front) less expensive day rate. $49 v. $59 reserved. 6. Walked to office for wake up call. NO wake up call. 7. Turn over the bed or replace. The bed had a HUGE indent in the mattress where I'm guessing many large people stayed over a long period of time. Finally, I will choose another motel when I come to Saginaw again. One more thing… the Apple Tree Inn advertised breakfast for .01 cents. Upon arriving I asked about the time of breakfast. She said, "We're not serving breakfast anymore since Covid." Okay, that was March of 2020 so you've had time to update your website. Why not let your guest know before they book? I have stayed in some pretty questionable places but this place takes the award for second worse. Staff was friendly but the room and grounds are run down and unkempt. The room was already outdated in the 70's, the plaster is literally falling off the bathroom ceiling, the wash cloth is tattered and torn, the bathtub has cigarette burns all over it, the room stinks like I dont know what, the paint is old and dark, the roof has certainly seen better days, lighting us poor, most of the furniture looks like it was from the 60's, only one towel, the toilet seat is about as thick as a plastic water bottle and it slides all around, probably cost about 35 cents at the dollar store. There is what appears to be snot wiped on the back of the bathroom door. Honestly it wouldn't surprise me if they rented by the hour. This is a very nice motor inn. Been updated and everything. Owasso and think this was a dump. Because it's not. Price cheap and plus still get breakfast in the morning. Who can go wrong with that. So give this place a shot.
