I really enjoyed my stay at Grandma's House. Having lived in Rockford I knew the area and knew they were the perfect location for my stay. I didn't know I would get a great breakfast (since I was the only one there for breakfast most of the time, Grandma made my breakfast to order!!) and fantastic hosts! I felt at...

Stayed here for a weekend away riding bikes on the rail trails. The "Mayor" and Larry are great hosts and a wealth of knowledge and local history. By the time we left, we were all family. Very close to downtown Rockford - 3 block, 5 minute walk. Beds were very comfortable. We always love talking to the other guests at...

This B&B has been open for 20 years. "Grandma", Chi Chi said it's mostly word of mouth & repeat business. She is a former mayor of Rockford! It was clean nice and a great value! FYI it is a shared bathroom. (Website says there are 2). I stayed during the week and there was only one other guest so it...

It's a lovely and neat place to stay that makes you feel at home. They were very helpful with things we needed around town, since we were not familiar with the area. Breakfast is something to look forward to! You won't regret waking up early instead of sleeping in.

Wonderful stay, very accommodating! We only stayed a night but it was awesome! Helped with finding local places for my son to wonder about (14 yr old) with no fear. If I am ever in Rockford again I know where I am staying!!!!

This is a great place to stay. Cheaper then most hotels and you get a great breakfast in the morning. Very nice people to talk with and are very knowledgeable about the area! Nice town with great little shops in walking distance. Will be going back when I'm in the area next!

We traveled here for a short vacation, and found Grandma's house to be a great place to stay. Close to north side of Grand Rapids and easy access to the East side also. The town of Rockford, is a fun place to explore, beautiful area to walk down by the river. Larry and "Grandma" were very helpful giving us great...

Grandma's house held promise from the minute we drove in (good off street parking). Effusive greetings from Larry, Chi Chi, & Lily made us feel instantly at home. Chi Chi showed us everything & made sure we were comfortable. All rooms are cozy & very clean. Bathroom has a wonderful new shower. Shared bathroom gave us a little pause but...

Very nice B&B. Clean. Quiet. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Close to Rockford, MI town and highway 131. Shared bathrooms, very clean. Toiletries provided. 3 of the 4 rooms have 2 beds, so if you're sharing a room it's quite economical. Highly recommend it. No internet based booking, just reservations by phone.

Thank you Chi Chi and Larry, for such a wonderful stay at your precious bed and breakfast. You made us feel as if we were home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The rooms were so cute, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was awesome and the conversation... very entertaining!! We will defiantly be back! Thank you again!
