What makes a quality property like the Royal Park exceptional is not the food, the size of the rooms or the other special physical touches that capital investment buys -- it is customer care, especially when the property itself has an unexpected, but inevitable problem, that can and will happen nearly everywhere from time, to time. During our stay, there...

I travel quite often. The luxury this hotel is over the top. I staid her with my wife last week after a back tie dinner. The hotel rooms are HUGE, the 10 (12?) foot ceilings in the hotel rooms together with all of the natural stone and the view of Paint Creek made the setting. The breakfast in the morning...

We had an evening of peace and quite and also rest!. The room was spectacular and the bed was so comfortable. The French press coffee in the am was just the perfect way to start the day. Room service in the morning topped of our stay and the entire staff we had contact with was courteous and all had warm...

We stayed at the Royal Park Hotel for one night. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room with a balcony and it was lovely! We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant which had been remodeled since our last visit. Dinner as well as the service were excellent.

Each time I get to the Royal Park Hotel I feel like home. The staff contributes tremendously to this and the rooms are typical of what a very good US hotel is. The only think I would like to get is a dedicated parking for the Hotel clients as opposed to the Party attendees...

It's not cheap but it's a good hotel with excellent service. Food is good if a limited menu. Nice little gym but no pool. Good parking facilities. Nice big rooms, and a lovely library to sit in front of the fire and relax. Best asset is the staff who were unfailingly pleasant and helpful.

Our room was perfect! It was a corner room with two large windows--beautiful, cozy, quiet and spotless! We took advantage of shuttle service to downtown shopping/restaurants, but it was so close that we walked back. It was a great overnight getaway during the long Michigan winter! Although we weren't there for an event, there were showers going on and the...

In many ways this is a nice hotel. But it fails in important regards. First the positives: Excellent restuarant bar, great bathroom, large rooms - many with balconies. Reliable internet and and easy work set up. In the summer, I would have no complaints and would give it 5 stars. The core problems hit when travelling in winter. The issue...

Absolutely beautiful property! The rooms were immaculate and the guest robes were a nice touch. Affordable and in a great location from local bars and restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodated to our needs. Would highly recommend when staying in town.
