We had a very nice sojourn and hosts were very nice. You have a fantastic patio a dinner room in the old stones. Parking is very easy and private, a plus. Fantastic food. We brought our two dogs, they were welcome, once more sorry for the inconvenience. Price to quality is excellent. The region is really charming with pine trees...

We recently revisited Hostellerie Le Castellas, having last been there in 2004. This is a wonderful hotel, with tastefully decorated rooms. exquisite food and the most restful garden imaginable. As a family-run establishment, it is obvious that the staff are dedicated to offering the highest standards of care and attention to their guests. We can't praise the hotel highly enough...

We loved this hotel and staff, who were at the ready to carry our luggage and park the car in a secure lot around the corner from the hotel. We had a superior room with a private courtyard. The room was very large and so was the bathroom with walk-in shower and separate water closet. Breakfast was included in our...

We booked into this hotel while on the move travelling back from Nice and visiting a friend in Salon en Provence. At the time it seemed to be too expensive for us but I was conned by the family saying it was the only place available. Getting there was a bit of a problem as the sat nav took us...

Cosy and charming hotel near to several villages and places worth to visit (Uzes, Pont du gard, Avignon). Expensive restaurant which do not worth the money. Preferable take the diner in Uzes (lovely square although touristic).

We stayed in Hotel Le Castellas for 3 nights in August. It was a last minute choice and we were not disappointed. The suite (No. 17) was large and perfect for the 3 of us to share. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotels for its charm and elegance.

We went there with my parents for a family celebration. The garden is breathtaking and very relaxing in both sight and sound. The service was not bad, but quite unattentive to empty glasses, missings forks etc (with the exception of the excellent sommelier, who had a vast wine list to choose from). The food was presented in exceptionally artistic arrangements...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Charm and elegance between Provence and Languedoc. The Aparis family has welcomed guests since 1989 in the medieval village of Collias. The Hostellerie Le Castellas is a group of 17th century buildings, restored in the manner of the stones of Vers Pont du Gard and the delightful style of the Languedoc region. Each room is individually decorated in a variety of styles from art deco to art nouveau and even baroque. A touch of modern comfort completes each one. Two magnificent stone vaulted lounge rooms open on to the zen shady garden planted with a variety of species. Below this garden, a swimming pool with jacuzzi is an invitation to calm and relaxation. Here the word pleasure takes on its full meaning as everything is designed for the well being and enjoyment of our guests. Areas for relaxation, original or charming details form a brilliant combination of materials, colours and light. In this utter haven of peace and gourmet pleasures, the Hostellerie Le Castellas welcomes you for an idyllic stay. ... more   less
