While the facility is somewhat worn, the staff was very helpful and pleasant and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to town, which was very convenient during the busy Surf Week.

Wonderful reception from Stephanie (tea and wine delivered by her to our room); small friendly hotel on an amazing location right on the lake with balconies right over the water; the light from the sun, moon and stars playing on the water was so relaxing. Good self service breakfast. Did not use the restaurant or bar - inside and on...

This hotel and restaurant is just not what it seems. Online, its an upscale place with fine dining. In reality, it's worn, dirty, and feels abandoned. The spa tub I was excited about was a narrow jetted bathtub, sloppily surrounded by a warped particle board frame. The restaurant was closed on the evening of my arrival, so I went without...

We had a room on the first floor looking over the lake. The room was clean and comfortable and had a balcony. It is a quiet hotel. The public areas are attractive and clean. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Their English was very good. The breakfast buffet was really nice. It is only a few...

The hotel is newly renovated and rooms are bright, comfortable, and quiet. The location is ideal: by the lake and within a short walking distance of bakeries, restaurants, and shops downtown. No negative points. Well worth the price. Tip: check online price and call - there can be quite a difference between the two.

The tour office in Toul, France told us about this place. We visited 4 or 5 times. This is a place that knows how to have fun whether you are 8 or 80. Gilles, the manager/owner is amazing. We became friends instantly & conversed easily in English. Do try the pork cooked on the premises & hang around for the...

The size of our room was generous with a balcony and it overlooked the lake, which is beautiful even at low tide. The position of the hotel is its greatest asset. The room was serviced every day and the hotel itself was very clean. The restaurant closes from mid October but we were offered a 10% discount from another restaurant...

We always stay at Le Pavillon Bleu when we are in Hossegor. Staff are very friendly. Awesome view over the Lac especially summer sundowners. Rooms and facilities not luxurious but good. Rates good. WE LUV IT!!!

Terrific - absolutely no complaints at all. The staff are extremely accommodating, polite and helpful. The rooms are functional, clean and of decent size. The location is just spectacular - huge terrace overlooking the tidal salt water lake, close enough to walk into town for dinner (sadly, the restaurant closed) and far enough away to be quiet in the evenings....

I booked this hotel on booker.com. Next time I will not do that. Email the hotel, and ask for room availability. You will find more room availability. I think the hotel location is fantastic. I think that this hotel has so much more potential if there was better management. The food was bad. I would not order breakfast or lunch...
