We had such a wonderful vacation while staying at this resort. Great room, very clean. Oh, and they have a nice little ice cream shop just steps away from your room! Owners were even so kind as to mail me my purse when I left it in the room after our stay. Would definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed having lunch with my mom and aunt out on the snug harbor deck. The food was nothing special but we did have an excellent glass of spanish white wine. The view from the deck to the channel is the best GH has to offer. I will definately go there again.

Hi there. Just wanted to note that I believe you are reviewing a different business. We are not a restaurant, but a resort with rooms to rent by the week or half-week. You might have had lunch at Snug Harbor in Grand Haven? (We are located in North Muskegon.) :-)

I'm so glad we picked this place to stay at while we await the birth of our new son! Great, safe area close to the water and beaches and state park. The owners are awesome, helpful people. We will be coming back!

Just stayed at Snug Harbor August 13-16, 2015. First Kim & Willie are the nicest people. They make sure if you need anything or have any questions they are there to help. This was one of the most enjoyable vacations I have had. The room was perfect – beds very comforable - sitting outside for morning coffee and grilling at...

This little motel has only 8 units and is family owned. Weekly stays are preferred or 3/4 night stays with check-in on Thursday or Sunday. The units consists of a small kitchen and a bedroom with two double beds. There is an outside sitting area on the lawn and a couple of picnic tables. Very family and pet friendly. Also...

Snug Harbor is our favorite location for family getaways in Muskegon since August 2012. It is a small 8-unit 1950's looking motel, but it is not like any motel my parents took me to back in the 1950s. In each unit there is the sleeping area with 2 sleep-number beds and cable TV. In addition all units have a kitchen...

The beauty of the setting sun just a walk away can be a spectacle to remember. And the rooms are very comfortable, clean, and fully functional. The staff goes to the nth degree to make sure the guests have everything they need. And if there is a fishing experience to be had there couldn't be a more perfect location. If...

We stayed her because the motel is dog friendly. The room needs a deep cleaning. The floors were disgusting. If you walked barefoot, your feet would be black on the bottom. The appliances and dishes in the kitchen we're clean but very limited. There wasn't a frying pan, bowls, or even a toaster in our room. The remote for the...

While we realize it is impossible to please everyone, we do pride ourselves in our resort, and the cleanliness of the rooms. This posting is the first we knew of any issue with this guest. I would like to think that if our guests had a problem with something, they would come to us so that we could correct it...

My husband and I travel all over and we have never stayed in such a wonderful location with such diverse amenities, and with so much to do in the area. I love nature and like to hike and we were thrilled with all of the hiking trails through Muskegon State Park. The beach is just one mile down the road,...
