I had a great time here but it is hard to say if this was due to Hotel Suyapa or if it was just the company I kept. The Hotel itself is just OK. It's not disgusting but it's not clean by any means. There are several tranquil sitting spots where you can read or just relax. The rooms were...

The most expensive hotel at the beach with biggest restaurant. Extrem unfriendly service at reception and in the restaurant. There they have overpriced food (better to go to the small Comidor right outside!) In three days we got one room service only. You wil find better options to stay at the beach.

If you are looking for an upscale hotel, this is not it. If you are looking for an affordable place on the beach this is an excellent choice. Stayed here with a friend and the room was basic but comfortable. For those that complain about the wifi, sorry, get off your device and go play on the beach. Breakfast was...

We were a party of 9 (3 adults and 6 kids) and stayed at this hotel for a few days. Some items are very much positive and some items could be improved. The posititive: the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent and plates were huge. The location of this hotel is excellent (...

I spend one night at this hotel. I agree with the other reviews that this is more a hostel than a hotel. Wi-Fi only works near the lobby area. It does not work in the restaurant of the rooms. GET A BETTER WIRELESS ROUTER!!!The restaurant and the rest of the hotel closes at 6:00 p.m. and after that all you...

We did not stay here but ate at the restaurant . Pros: you have amazing beach views and can have a table in the sand (under shade). We had eaten here a few years ago and I must say that not much has changed except the food prices were extremely higher. I recall the quality of the food being better...

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was not a great experience. Yes the hotel is very nice and has a great location on the beach, but the owner/manager definitely needs an attitude adjustement. Every time we went to speak to them at reception they seemed quite rude. The fan in our room didn´t work properly but we didn´t...

A Nicaraguan Goa, 30 years ago Spent 2 nights, beautiful location, stunning view from the terraced restaurant, had a double room AC breakfast (superbe) for two inclusive $50 Sadly most bedrooms do not have a sea view ( we have been told it was to protect the rooms from salted wind) but on the second floor, bedrooms 19 and 11...

I got a room yesterday and was told at the desk it would be $35. I took the room and when I checked out in Sunday morning and went to pay my bill, they said it was $45. Okay, so as a resident in Leon, I disputed it moderately and and then was charged $156 cords for the internet, which...

Stayed for 2 nights at Suyapa Beach, nice location, good restaurant right on the beach. Friendly staff, reasonable prices on food and drinks. Good place to stay for a couple days. Beach is nice and clean, there us a few other places to eat just down the beach. There is a surf school, you can ride horses on the beach...
