Had a nice stay here with friends. Rooms were spacious, nice warm shower, good location, big breakfast with breads, spreads, egg, meats and fruit. Run by a family, so supporting local economy when staying here.

From this hotel you can be at all the sites within the walls of Khiva within 10 mins. Located by the East gate it has the bustling local bazaar close by which is a must to see. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is fine, eggs cooked to order and plenty of fruit.

I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is within the walls of old Khiva, and just five minutes on foot from all the main historical sites. The staff are very friendly and attentive to guests' every need, and also arranged a car to the airport at 1am. Breakfast is very good, and the price is fair. Water supplies in... More

Our experience here is amazing. The building is beautiful and old and feels very authentic. We drove here with our car and had a few issues, Murad (the son who works here) has driven us around to the various mechanics, helped us with bartering, told us everything we need to know. He has gone beyond the extra mile for us.... More

Right in the historical center, the Islambek Hotel is a great place to overlook the old town of Khiva. The rooms are spacious, clean and are equipped with a refrigerator. We enjoyed a lot having a rest on the beautiful terrace. The staff is very friendly and always helping. The wifi worked quite fast. We had a very pleasant stay!

The location is perfect in the old city, Inchon Kala so all sights in walking distance. The staff is kind the breakfast is good. The rooms are average, small and cold. The hot water is turned off for night. The rooftop has a beautiful view. Wi-fi only at the reception.

This is in a central location, within the walls in the Ichan Kala. Very cheap. Fast wifi. Rooms serviceable and perfect for the budget traveller. The staff are amazingly friendly and went well out of their way to assure everything was ok when I got a little sick, offering to get medicine for me (which seemed to work) and they... More

I traveled here with a group and we were all well accommodated for. The location is great, walking distance to all the sites. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk. There was decent Wi Fi there and the hotel had a comfortable atmosphere about it. it is on a quiet street, so... More

unfriendly staff except the son who is very kind. To boil rice we bought we were asked in 1000 sum .... maybe this is authentic Uzbek courtesy? acceptable rooms but sad breakfast (eggs, sausages and little else). There is better in Khiva, for example Otabek b&b where for a cheaper price we had a clean room and the staff were... More
