As the matter of fact the only hotel with a soul but at the same time clean and organized as I know in Khiva. Rooms are basic and water runs slovly, but it runs and it is warm. And it is very clean. Breakfasts are charming, tipical Uzbek style with eggs. And it is within the inner city walls which...

The hotel is located within theOld Town. I t is owned and run by 7 brothers who are carpenters for generations. All furniture, doors, ceilings, stairs are beutifully carved by them. Rooms are very nice and clean, breakfast is great. The brother who actually manage the hotel and his family are very very nice and helpful. As soon as we...

With coming through the south gate of the town you gonna enter ancient times. By entering the hotel you get a warm welcome by the charming family that runs the hotel. The daughter speaks english very well and helps you with all questions you may have. The room is cosy and you can cool it down comfortably. In the morning...

This is a very nice small boutique hotel in Khiva. Rooms are nice, breakfast was great, staff is very fiendly and accomodating, location is very good. Free wifi that worked fine. Hotel is very quaint and details were built by the owner. When we asked for some tea at three in the afternoon, the hotel put a large spread of...

Located within the walled old city, this was a lovely boutique hotel tucked away under white mulberry trees. The dining area and rooms were beautifully decorated and breakfast was a feast, albeit Uzbek with the cakes and sweets for brekky. Like most B & Bs in Uzbekistan, they don't provide anything after brekky (tea coffee etc) so you need to...

My room had 13 foot ceilings, a big bathtub, lots of towels, a window into the trees. When I walked out of my door I could look down on the dinning room from the balcony above. Just outside their front door is the south gate of glorious Khiva and a short walk through the twisting, unpaved lanes with take you...

A Lovely family run hotel just inside the city walls and great location to explore this fabulous city. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is to die for. Plenty of hot water. But if returning to the hotel after dark carry a torch as street lighting is poor

We spend two nights in this small charming hotel in Xiva city. Firstly, the location of the hotel is very convenient - in the historical core of the sity, just behind the city wall. It is very close to the historic landmarks of Xiva. The city itself looks like a fairy tail affair, whit titled minareds, bricks madrassas and fortresses......

We ended up in this hotel due to power problems across the old city of khiva. We were the second other room occupied but we actually managed to bargain with them which dropped their starting rate quite a bit. We would not have gone to this hotel if we did not need to BUT it actually worth it even if...

After having a nightmare with the hotel in Nukus, I told my friends that I need a good hotel in Khiva to compensate my imbalance. This hotel is recommended by LP, and located right in front of the south gate. I don't think it is the best hotel in Khiva, but it definitely worth a stay. Triple room given was...
