The staff are very helpful, many of our group had problems with electronic door keys and lights that flickered, but housekeeping arrived and dealt quivkly, even at 10pm. The eat in breakfast was great, served next door, but service very slow, the take out breakfast was awful - egg sandwich...

The hotel guard was specially courteous and went out of his way to pick us up at Quirino Ave. Breakfast was good and comes for free when you check in --...

Being in Vigan is simply a travel back in time. The heritage sites are many but in the center of it is this Hotel.Great location and although quite creepy the staff are courteous and management is hands on. The prices vary and for a thrifty traveller it is actually negligible. Very practical and the dorm rooms is more than value...

Very nice spanish house with pretty rooms and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Don't take the suite as it faces Vigan's main plaza and since windows don't block sound it is very loud. It's a if traffic would go right through the room, including whistling policemen. Reception staff could not help us with transportation, neither from Laoag airport nor to Sagada....
