You cannot beat the location of this place. It's very, very near the plaza, Calle Crisologo and the church. We were supposed to get a room for 4 pax and just ask for an extra bed but there was a mix up and got (an upgrade!) a room for 6 pax. The AC was really cold but good thing that...

With so many places to choose from and a vague recollection of Vigan’s cityscape, you only have to trust your instincts and let the World Wide Web work for you. This place was exactly as it touted itself to be, clean, comfortable rooms right smack in the middle of everything. The best part of it all was its simplicity and...

I chose this place on positive advice from a Tripadvisor review. It far exceeded my expectations and is standout accommodation at the rates charged. A suite size room, quite well appointed (could use a new shower head tho), water pressure ok and great location. Lovely staff and squeeky clean premises. Fully self contained with stove top, 3/4 size fridge and...

We stayed overnight in Condotel Asuncion on April 1, 2015. And I'd say it was a very good find. It is located at the corner of Florentino St. atop BPI Bank. Location is a short walking distance to Calle Crisologo, the church & plaza. We were billeted at Rm 304- a family room for 6 people. It has soft comfortable...

We visited vigan last Feb 27, 2015 and stayed at Condotel Asuncion for 4 adults and 2kids.. The place is near everything like the Calle Crisologo, the Plaza, the City Hall, the Church, and nearby fastfood restaurants like Jollibee and Mcdo, all walking distance...The room is just right for us and slept comfortably. The kids love it, thus it means...

Great value and location, good-sized room with small kitchen for PHP 2,000. Booking was hassle-free, I booked at around 5:00 PM for the same evening via phone call. However, the room was not ready when we arrived at 9:00 PM. When it was ready after a few minutes, it could still be better cleaned. The towels and pillows could be...

Condotel does not offer free breakfast because it does not have a resto. However, you have the option to cook your own breakfast using their stoves and pans or go out to buy some food. It is beside the Plaza Salcedo so you will have a variety of dining place options. As for the amenities, I can say that it's...

If you want to experience Vigan City's old charm without leaving the comfort of modern living, I would really recommend this place. It is located within the city plaza, very near banks, a spa, local restos and even fastfood chains. The rooms are well-equipped with a clean, warm bed, very cold A/C, its own kitchenette, big toilet and bathroom. The...
