The rooms are amazing. Very traditional furniture. Huge rooms with sufficient space. The service of the personnel is outstanding. The rooms of the first floor are louder. Room 205 is directly above the kitchen, thus a smell of the kitchen is not avoidable. A Water heater is missing.

Have you ever felt out of words to describe something? Well I have, and my experience at Hotel Heritage was definitely one of it. Starting with the beautifully constructed building using century old historical materials down to each and every brick of it was absolutely astonishing. Just imagining the effort that must have been put in to collect and carefully...

Beautifully restored hotel, 3 minutes walk from the Unesco World Heritage Site. Excellent comfortable rooms, quiet gardens to relax in, superb food and wine. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The ethos of the owners to support the vulnerable members of the local community is highly commendable. Had a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable stay.

Nestled in the old city - this hotelwas a welcome surprise - decorated with antiques and craft from the area the hotel was very welcoming. Excellent attentive staff - bedrooms decorated in local furnishings and lovely food. The hotel was very central but quiet. Enjoyed our stay. A lovely touch as we were presented with souvenir gifts as we left.
