Excellent hotel to stay in considering Indian & intetnational standards. Service by all staff -reception (Dhamraj), restaurant waiters (Bikas, Om, etc), GM Mr Deepak, technical staff - plumbing, etc are all fantastic. They are also very grateful & appreciative that we have stayed at their hotel as it means continued wages to earn a decent living under their good &...

Not all rooms are nice so you should try to get a room in the new part of the hotel. Stuff is very helpful and served food is good. As the breakfast buffet is not always suitable for western taste you might want to order à la carte. In Bodhgaya definitely one of the best choices since it is rather...

Sujata Hotel was the third place I stayed during my recent trip to Bodh Gaya. The first was a decent place but too far from town and the second was a horrible experience. Fortunately, the third time was the charm. I really put Sujata Hotel to the test. Not only was I there during the demonetization crisis in India, I...

It surpassed all my expectation, since the rooms and bathroom were amazingly clean and tidy. Restaurant service is also good with food taste being authentic. Its walking distant from the main temple. Staffs are courteous and helpful.wifi is complementary in lobby only.

The key factor was the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. Stayed in the new wing, with aged parents (86 & 81). Rooms were very comfortable, and standard of cleanliness was great. Restaurant facilities were somewhat limited. But since we had pallets adoptable to Indian food (both north and south) we had no issues. But this could be an...

This is an excellent hotel with good set of pleasant staff. Fantastic restaurant facility also. The ability of them to customise our dietery requirement is admirable. Despite of the fact that their has been a huge rush due to Budh Purnima celebrations last week, they were able to give 24x7 services to our group consisting of 80 persons. They also...

We stayed here for 10 days during November 2015. The rooms are clean and the food are good with lots of variety. Occasion power trip which is very common in India. Bring along torch lights when in India. From my room window I could catch a glimpse of the MahaBodhi Temple. Overall positive stay.

We were only in bodhgaya for a night, so there's not a lot of experience to back these comments. But Hotel Sujata surpassed all our expectations. Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was professional and attentive. Food was good. (And beer too!) They also packed us a nice breakfast for our ride back to Varanasi the next day.
