A small hotel conveniently located near the Mahabodhi temple. Price is reasonable. The room is simple and clean. Food in the hotel is not fancy but quite nice. For pilgrim, whose intention is to spend a lots of time meditating at the sacred tree/temple, it is one of the top choice for hotel.
Cuisine, multi dimensional, is vely very tasty n neat n presentable. Service is also good. V recommend to one and all to stay n enjoy. Also if R not u are staying do relish their mouth watering delicacies.
Its a nice and cozy place to stay with a welcoming and warm staff. The food was delicious and appetizing. I was worried about hygiene and cleanliness before going to Bodhgaya during this time but it was a relief in every sense. Would love to stay in the same place if ever I visit Bodhgaya again.
A very nice restaurant with well mannered staff and tasty food. The location is also great as it is near the main temple. Two areas need improvement - 1. the waiting time after placing order needs to be reduced. 2. the seating area needs to be decongested. But, overall it is a nice and economical place to eat out.
HOTEL SUJATA - BODHGAYA Very pleasant stay. Quite enjoyable. Meals were quite good. Fairly large and reasonably tasty. Staff especially the head of reservations was excellent. He's a very fair guy. I accidentally double booked and paid. But he returned the money. Very generous gesture. So when you visit BODHGAYA stay there as you would be in safe hands. Dr Aruna KONDASINGHE
Conveniently located and within walking distance to the Mahabodhi Temple. The rooms were spacious. Good food. The restaurant staff was very helpful and arranged for hot meals even late in the afternoon. The service is very good.
Location - Conveniently located and within walking distance to the Mahabodhi Temple. Large well maintained room with clean toilet. WiFi reception in room was not the best but adequate. The hotel restaurant was satisfactory, however the cafe next door had a better choice reasonably priced. Overall the hotel provided a comfortable stay for two nights.
After the opening of various other hotel giants in the city, this hotel is no more in the league now according to the architecture and property. The rooms are decent. But if your love for food is more, and room is less, you can stay here. They serve the best food in the city. The service is also very good. In Food, almost each and everything in the menus is delicious.
Very nice hotel . All major Temple are very near. All staff helpful. Hotel is value for money. Everything neat and clean. Hotel has its own restaurant supplies all kind of menu. Rooms are spacious. They help us to arrange taxi for sight seen and also arrange to drop us to airport at extra charge. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I will surely recommend my friend to stay at this hotel.
We, a group of 4, booked 2 rooms at Hotel Sujata and stayed 2 nights. Overall it was a great stay. We were somewhat apprehensive before we started, but were very pleasantly surprised, finding a well managed property with professional staff members. The rooms were spacious and modern with all required amenities. Most importantly, the bathrooms were clean, modern and well designed as well. The restaurant served (really) delicious Indian food - Chinese and continental/other cuisines were on the menu as well. The restaurant staff was very helpful and arranged for hot meals even late in the afternoon and catered to our request to pack food for our return journey (thanks Mr Binay Kumar). Mr Ashwini Kr Verma, one of the staff members, supported us right from the moment we made an enquiry, till the time we were on our way back. He arranged for our railway station pick up and drop and coordinated at every step. He was very accommodative of our requests and his help went a long way in ensuring our stay was comfortable. The hotel is at a great location, just a few hundred meters from the Mahabodhi temple and close to other attractions in Bodh Gaya. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Sujata.…
