A beautiful building with comfortable rooms and amazing food. The rooms are all well appointed and cozy, the location is near downtown and easily accessible, the hosts are gracious and very accommodating, and the food is nothing short of incredible. This was our first stay but will by no means be our last, I can't wait for our next visit!

Thank you for the review, Paul! It was wonderful having the two of you stay with us and hope to see you again soon. Hopefully your next stay will bring warm weather to enjoy the front porch or patio along the river. :)

Cozy B&B in Mt. Pleasant. Noting too special, some nice themed rooms and good day decor, overall a good place. A nice backyard patio and some rooms have a balcony. Friendly owners. Didn't have a chance to try any food, an odd letdown for this B&noB. Otherwise a good location within walking distance of the best places to eat/drink in...

Thank you for your review. Since your stay, my husband, Chef Pete, and I have taken over The Ginkgo Tree Inn B&B and would love to invite you back. We have recently opened a restaurant in the dining room called Adelaide's Bistro. Beyond a gourmet breakfast we also serve lunch 6 days of the week, 5 course meals on the...

The gazebo in the Gingko gardens was a tremendous backdrop to our wedding renewal service...good seating and romantic ambiance. The key on the bridge celebration meant a great deal! The dinner following was in the beautiful Victorian dining room set up with excellence (gold chargers, cloth napkins, etc.) The dinner was delicious and the 3 servers were polite and helpful,...

This was our first B & B stay ever and it was such a nice experience. We always felt that a B & B would be less private but Gingko Tree is very private and quiet. We stayed on the third floor and never heard the other guests at all. Now I probably won't want to stay at a hotel...

It was wonderful having you stay with us! Many of our guests, like you, have said that it is similar to Mackinaw Island. That's funny because our Inn is on the Chippewa River and Island Park-an Island house! We are so glad you tried a B&B! We hope to see you again and we will spoil you again.

My son and daughter-in-law held their wedding reception in the Gingko gardens. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect. Jean could not have been a better hostess to our family and friends. Everything from the atmosphere to the food to the gardens were perfect! We then stayed the night. Our children honeymooned in the Sugar Plum room with a large balcony...

What a lovely place, great hostess and a wonderful breakfast. Nice location close to downtown and river walk parks. The grounds were nicely kept and would accommodate a small wedding or gathering. The antique furniture and dishes were tasteful. The whole experience was like a step back in time.

This was me and my husband's first stay at a bed and breakfast. It was an excellent experience! We were greeted with a glass of wine and were escorted to our room. This beautifully restored and wonderfully managed B&B is a treasure in Mt. Pleasant. Jean is a thoughtful and kind hostess- we enjoyed our stay in the quiet Wedgewood room so much that we stayed an extra night. Thank you so much Jean for the welcoming wine, delicious breakfasts, and all of your special touches and care. We wish you the...

My husband booked a two night weekend away for us to celebrate our 21st anniversary. 😍 Then our son's high school wrestling team won their regional tournament. (Go Team!) “We like the main house. Balconies in the back rooms are nice. Love the sun coming in the front windows. The room right by the Keriug machine on the second floor may be a bit noisey for some. The hard wooden surfaces don't muffle the sounds of the thirsty guests. It didn't bother us, but it may bother a person that likes silent mornings.”
