The reception staff were exceptional & friendly! No air-cons??? for R750/p/p/n??? - way below expectations... especially in a hot place like Graskop. Place is clean and neat, but old and in need of some maintenance... breakfast = average...

My family and I stayed there one night. Very well positioned to visit Blyde River Canyon. Just a gorgeous hotel. Like taking a trip back to the 1960's. Fabulous room decor, clean and comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast delicious. Would recommend highly!

The hotel is centrally located within Graskop. It's not far from the amazing God's Window. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Attentive service, delicious food, clean rooms = perfect stay. The pool looked inviting, but it was too cold to try. Dinner was excellent, we liked the choice and even alterations were made possible. The art exhibited in the hotel is very interesting.

Dear David Thank you very much for your comments. We apologies for the slow check in and check out and will investigate. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations in the main building and our Garden Rooms are scheduled for later this year.

can't remember but if you phoned them I am sure they could help you. There was a fella at the reception who was extremely helpful and switched on. If you can get hold of him I have no doubt that where possible he would help you with breakfast. Just as a tip, try ensure that your room is pool facing and not road facing as this is the only road through Graskop it is extremely noisy with all the passing trucks. It is a very quaint hotel. hope you enjoy.

Hi, can't remember exactly how much one room was. Don't have a picture of the pool. Not too big but it was fine. You can swim there when you stay in the hotel.

"don't stay on main road side"
"Request not to sleep on the road side. There is no lift for the hotel. Dinner must be booked in advance."
"We prefer the garden rooms with secure parking next to the rooms."
"There are some small cottage type rooms in the garden, probably more private for a longer stay"
"From what i could see all rooms would be pretty much ok."
