The campsites are a bit close together for our liking but the camp hosts are excellent. The host knew that we like trees and so put us backed up against the most wooded area. Much appreciated! Good value. Campground is on beautiful Indian Lake. Best showers of recent travels--actually hot. --thank you!!!

Very small park. Not much room. Store has few supplies. Seems they are going by their history rather than what exists today. Good for one night but would not stay longer. WiFi is very slow (4m download and .3m upload). Two digital TV stations (Olympics were on but not here). Several permanent residents. Ok on a pinch but would look...

We just stopped over nite and was excellent. Close to the interstate, pull through full hook-up site. The camp host couple was VERY accomodating and friendly, and their dog too. Right on the lake. A fairly small campground and lots of permanents there. VERY good value for the price.

Advertises quite.3couples were up till 11:30 p.m. Drinking and, loud laughing, talking. Most campgrounds have "quite time" 10 p.m. Was awoken by several train whistles around 4:30 a.m. Advertises "free coffee" daily at 7:30 a.m. Went to get coffee at 7:40 a.m NONE! It is a beautiful campground. On the lake. Hot showers. Not any kids on this Friday night....

We spend one night there in September of 2015. The campground was quiet and well kept. The bathrooms were very clean. The owners were courteous and there is a nice view of the water. Satisfied camper. Would stay again.

We used this as a stopping point to go see Palm Book and Fayette (Garden Peninsula) on an RV trip. Not very good television reception. A nice sandy beach for kids, a dock and fishing. Campground is nice and neat, quiet. Many seasonal RVers. Didn't use any of the facilities as we were out each day. Rates are reasonable.

Spent two nights here on the way home from Door County, WI. Nice little campground, but most guests are seasonal. They can accommodate some transients, as we discovered, and had some pull-through sites with full hook-ups available. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and addressed the very few (real and potential) concerns that we might have had. The place...

“If you are on the road, call ahead for the availability of a site, because the campground is a few miles off the main drag. However, if Palms Book is on your itinerary, you'll go right by it.”
