My wife and I stayed at the Cartier Mansion for our 30th anniversary...hands down, this was the best B&B we have ever been to. If you want to travel back to 1905, this is the place for you! Everything is original and untouched. We stayed in the suite and it was worth every penny! Plus an original (and very rare)...

Cartier Mansion B&B experience will take you back in time. It's rich history evident in the perfect preservation of every inch of the property as well as the hospitatily extended by the current owners made for a rare find. Adding to the experience were delicious meals served in the elegant dining room, and the carriage house which acted as our...

We stayed in the Rounds room at Cartier and it was absolutely incredible, the shower was amazing, the home was stunning and the food was absolutely top notch, would recommend to anyone traveling to Ludington!! Be sure to ask for a special tour of the 3rd floor museum, it was stunning!

My wife had always commented that she'd love to stay in the Cartier Mansion anytime we went to Ludington. I surprised her with a visit and stayed in the King's Room which is where Mr. Cartier slept. The staff was very friendly and loved the beautiful woodwork thru out the mansion. We road the bikes all thru Ludington as it...

My husband and I are not typically B&B people... introverts that we are, all the mingling can be a little unnerving for us. We booked this inn a) because the reviews were excellent but mainly because b) it was an available and reasonably priced option for an overnight stop on the way to Traverse City. However, we were very pleasantly...

The Cartier Mansion B&B was the first stop of our honeymoon. We decided to travel the Lake Michigan circle tour and were happy we were able to secure the last room at the Mansion. We stayed in the Blue Silk room and couldn't have been happier! We were greeted by beautiful landscaping and a welcome from Gary, an owner at...

We spent a wonderful 3 nights here and would highly recommend it. The home is so well preserved and beautiful. The hospitality of the family that runs it was fabulous. The best part though were the delicious breakfasts! The location was great and we were able to easily bike to the downtown area for food and shopping. Best b&b we...

Cartier Mansion is a lovely B & B, rich in local history and kept beautifully throughout the last century with original appointments and construction. We were in the cottage room, which is absolutely charming. The clawfoot tub in the corner was unique, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. It is a relatively short walk to the shops and restaurants, but...

Simply put, The Cartier Mansion is the nicest B&B we have stayed at. Andrew greeted us warmly and gave us a tour of the mansion and escorted us to the King Suite. Whereas, all of the mansion is well done, the King Suite was the best! To the available bicycles, to the large inventory of DVDs, to the quality of...

We love the Cartier Mansion. This was our second visit. Andrew is a great host. It's over 100 years old and they are only the 3rd owners.
