Can’t wait to go back! Not everyone’s cup of tea by looking at other reviews, but we loved it! Family of 5, two 14 year olds and a 12 year old, clean and had plenty of room, we were busy at Disney and universal parks most days (easy to get to from Windsor hills) but wish we could of spent more time in villa. We had a small issue with pool area but was sorted straight away after we reported it

Stayed in a villa here on 2610 Daulby street which looks great from the outside but inside needed a complete deep clean. When we arrived the cleaning hadn't been done and beds hadn't been changed which reading other reviews seems to be a common problem in this resort. The outdoor area with the pool was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever, filthy bbq covered in grime and all the sunbeds covered in mold. The protective netting was all damaged so squirrels were getting in, whoever owns this place should be ashamed to be charging such an exorbitant price for a second rate place. The communal pool area is ok but there are no lifeguards on duty and with lots of young kids around you would expect a bit more attention on health and safety of guests, and we certainly didn't think the resort lives up to the fact it is marketed as and "Executive Plus resort". Overall disappointing but if the villa was cleaned up and refurbed a bit it would be great, just needs some tlc

This place was a real disappointment considering the exorbitant price paid for the Villa. Firstly the resort is like Fort Knox and managed by the rudest staff we have ever come across. The development itself is ok with a good pool area but no lifeguards to be seen and lots of young children around so not really what you expect. The Villa we had was absolutely filthy and had not been cleaned when we arrived at 5pm, the beds hadn't been changed and the whole place needed a deep clean, the owners should be ashamed of themselves. My daughter called the company and they eventually came out after admitting it hadn't been cleaned. The villa's pool area was dirty and had not been cleaned with loads of debris in the pool, we set about cleaning it ourselves, sunbeds were covered in mold and algae, the safety netting round the pool was broken so anything could get in there. All the bathrooms had mold in them and in need of a makeover, cockroaches in the kitchen, presumably because the kitchen units had never been cleaned behind. The floor rugs were all filthy and looked like they had never been vaccumed let alone cleaned properly. The owner offered to waive the cleaning fee but really this sort of thing shouldn't be happening in this day and age. Several other people we spoke also said that their villas hadn't been cleaned so it is an endemic problem that needs to dealt with, either sack the cleaning company or have someone checking before new guests arrive, not rocket science. We would not return here, there are far better places for the price we paid than this

We have just returned from this villa and to say it needed a refresh would be an understatement. The pool furniture was very old and we were asked to bring our own pool towels - I thought they meant to use at the Olympic size pool at the resort but no there were no towels for us to use at the pool so we had to take a trip to Walmart. There also did not appear to be any spare linens for the beds until I discovered on my penultimate day that they were in the bottom drawer of the dresser in the main bedroom. (But this was only for the one bed) There was also only one tall glass as this is a six bedroom Villa I expected more and for dessert spoons there were only 3!

Windsor hills is a great place to stay for families. The resort is huge but feels very safe. We ordered ubers whilst we were there and security were very thorough in checking that the drivers were genuine. Villa was great and the public areas were very well maintained. Would definitely recommend

7655 Sir Kaufmann was the property I rented for apx 5 days over a Mother's Day vacation that turned out to be the worst vacation of my life. I spent the day cleaning just enough area to be able to not be skeeved out. I tried to rent another place, but everything in the area was booked...so I had little choice. Honestly, I should have just gone home. I have attached all pics. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Blake Levy had nothing but excuses; and would not make it right.

Stayed at what was advertised as 6BR, 4 bath home that could sleep 12 plus people. Had 16 total that owner knew were coming. House outdated, no hot water upon arrival. Not set up for lg families. No towels in bathrooms, truly what we paid and what we received left a lot to be desired. Our trip was planned with days spent at Disney Parks with us really only needing beds to sleep in, told to start 1st load of linens prior to departing. Only 3 cars allowed in driveway, but yet 16 people rented the house. Told by property manager that we needed to call by 9pm to tell her no hot water. Parks closed about that time, so we weren't arriving until later. We were informed someone could come to the house by 10am next morning. Truly do not think house was checked before our arrival. Do not rent this house.

We Stayed in one of the buildings with a 3 bedroom. Not one of the houses. I do not believe this is a what I think of as a resort. There are no actual restaurants, only one pool and really not much to do. Please try Bonnet Creek or Reunion instead. Our room was not cleaned properly, check in was hours late, chew spit left on our balcony, old q tips on the floor, dust SO thick, dirty dishes in the cabinets, no starter packs of anything...0 to start except a half roll of toilet paper. dirty. 4 feet of garbage remaining outside our door. poor water pressure. broken dresser. Game room very poor..not much there

My family stayed at one of the condo's overlooking the pool and it was very clean and the resort itself had lots of things to do. the rental homes are all very nicley kept up and some of my family did rent them and it seems that each has a pool and a hot tub along with a gaming room in the garage. The condo were in had lots of space and 3 rooms with 4 beds plus a pull out couch. I like that it was a gated community and had a pond in the middle of it. the resort had a big heated pool and a hot tub. Which we used a lot because it was a little cool when we went. The splash pad and water slides were not heated so they did not get used much while we were there. We also took advantage of the theeater they have there (have to book in advance) and also the little food stand that sold pizza, burgers etc. It is quite a big resort so it was nice walking around in the morning and seeing all the nice homes. It is located about 15-20 minutes from Disney and Universal studio so great locations.

The pool area is amazing. It’s a constant comfortable temperature. There is also a hot tub as well as water slides and a children’s splash area. There’s a small gym, games room and canteen as well. Our condo was spotless and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Highly recommend staying here.
