My family and I stayed here to attend a family event in Plainwell, MI. I was actually a bit excited. I have stayed at a few Fairfields and every other one I have stayed at, has piping hot, great tasting coffee in the lobby 24/7. They are in the process of remodeling, so you would expect some disruptions to normal...

Stayed here for 2 nights to enjoy sometime with old friends, family, and a bike ride on the Kal-Haven Trail. Upon arrival 1st room was 81 degrees, so we put our luggage and bikes in, turned the A/C on and left for the evening. Upon returning after Midnight, the room was 95 degrees. An employee could not fix it and...

Room was as expected, usual decor for a Fairfield, room could have been a little cleaner, but was OK. Bathroom was clean, lobby and staff as expected. Nothing exceptional and nothing too serious to report.

My stay last week was dismal. When asking the staff about a fitness room, I was greeted with an eye roll and a snarky answer by the manager, Shannon. Being close to the highway, it wasn't as loud as I expected it to be. Room was dusty and smelled. I will not be back. Still waiting for my receipt so...

I am sorry to hear that your stay was less than expected. We have been working hard to create a fitness center in a hotel which never had one before and it has been a longer process than we anticipated. While that is still under construction, we are in the process of replacing all of the guest room furniture and...

Hotel was a little run down and we had to switch rooms due to the air conditioner not stopping. The kids had to leave the pool area due to one of the lights coming out while they were swimming. The people were friendly and the free breakfast was great!

Dear W420QTericp, We apologize again for that pool light, we hate disappointing our guests and we know how excited your kids were to get to play in the pool. We have a lot of renovations coming up, and a big check of all the air conditioning units is a part of that. We do hope you stay with us again...

The paint in the lobby still smelt fresh. Rooms were excellent. The staff had good recommendations for local restaurants and was very helpful. If you don't want drive to eat the Cracker Barrel is next door. Plenty of parking. Near interstate but still quiet. Nice free breakfast.

We have stayed in nicer Fairfield Inns, but this was acceptable. The elevator should have better labelling - it was obscure in the narrow hallway with no identifying signage except a small plaque beside the elevator door. The bathroom arrangement was not the best - the separate toilet/tub room was oversized, which left a cramped space for the sink. Ventilation...

Dear Ann D, Thank you so much for your wonderfully detailed review of our property. We are so glad to hear that you liked your room. We agree that the elevator is a little hidden, so we will look into getting a proper sign for it very soon. We are upgrading our bathrooms over the next couple months, so while...

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago. The pool and main foyer area are under renovations so it makes it tough to give it a fair review. This place is very convenient, just a few blocks off the Interstate. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff checking us in were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included but was not worth staying for. Scrambled eggs were cold dry and hard. Not much breakfast left at 8:30 a.m. Very disappointing.

Room 219. Lobby has a nice setup. The room was mostly clean. Tight fit around one of the beds, maybe a foot between the bed and wall. The bathroom was a disappointment.
