Avoid North Country Lodge at all costs. I lived there in #7 for ten months. As of the time I moved out rooms in both buildings were infested with bed bugs, a situation the landlords still hadn't fully resolved after nearly two months. One room I was temporarily moved into (#16) also had a rodent infestation in addition to the...

Didn't feel safe. At first no one was around. When someone finally came to the office, they really didn't know what they were doing. After checking the room out we went somewhere else. There are plenty of motels in grayling, you don't have to stay here.

The owners were very accommodating and friendly. The room spacious and clean. Had a homey touch. We needed a quick place to stay off of the interstate on our way home from vacation. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. The staff was very friendly, and the room price was very affordable and they are pet friendly. No complaints and I'd definitely stay there again whenever I come to Grayling.

The hotel itself is nice but what really made the trip for us was the owners. They were so nice, talkative, accommodating and just all around friendly people. We got the Jacuzzi room and couldn't have been happier. The Jacuzzi itself was separated from the rest of the room by sliding glass doors which was really nice because we had...

AKA Churchill's North Country Lodge. Had minor problem locating this Hotel, GPS sent us north of the hotel. Upon arrival the check in was smooth. The lady appeared to be very nice. We selected the room with spa. The room was nice, and I slept without any problems but my wife said the power went out at about 0230 and...

My husband had a service call on a job in the area and I drove up with our two dogs to spend some quality time with him and our family. We stayed here and couldn't have asked for nicer people. The owner was so nice as his wife and the other staff that were there. Room was clean and they...

The owner was rude, the services are not up to date on any thing. The people that live there are always loud and noisy and disrespectful. the owner is greedy to his own customers who live there. And the man let's his dogs run freely around people in the main building without asking the people that are in the same...
