The place looks great on the outside but the rooms awful. electrical outlets hanging out the walls, the bath toilet roll holder had no holder so toilet paper had to be on the bath tub. The place was gross. Had to be moved to another room cause the main screen was 1/2 off the window and the room full of...

It's that old joke............ Book title: Brown Spots on the wall.... by Author who Flungpoo. This place if horrible. And yes, I think I flung some dried mini dog poo off the room carpet into the hallway. It was late and at least the sheets looked clean.... well that is what I told myself. I did not even want to...

Find another place, some rooms air conditioned, some not, very hot when we stayed. Things that didn't work: ceiling fan, light by the bed, no batteries in the tv control, even when new ones were put in it didn't work, small old tv that was a very snowy picture. The good thing was it was clean

Drove 4 hours to get there and got to our room and opened the door to find the furniture standing up right in the middle of the room and definitly wasn't able to be used. There were no other rooms available and we were literally stranded. All nearby towns were booked as well because of a race. Had to come...

This place is a symbol of deferred maintenance. Everything was in disrepair. The hallways were awful. Our first room had a non-working toilet and the next one we were given had a collapsed ceiling in the bathroom. The poor clerk was very nice but had nothing to work with. We left in a hurry and found another place.

The biggest advantage of the lodge is the location , with a great view of the lake and nearby pier . The beach is not crowded and an ideal spot to spend time . Though it's not a recognised camping spot few of them were camping in the area and we spend our night at the beach which was indeed...

We chose this motel because of its location, but would have left if it hadn't been July 4th. Rooms were run-down and felt dirty. We didn't even remove our shoes during our stay, which thankfully was just one night. No one was in the office to speak with, either that evening or the next day for checkout. If it weren't...

We arrived right around sunset and were able to walk to the beach to see the sun go down. Location was great for just walking around town. We stayed in the long set of one story rooms, and they were adequate and very clean. I understand the two story building has renovated rooms, but for our purposes it was great....

It's not a five star hotel, it's a cabin, and as a rustic cabin it works. There were definite advantages - a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker - two bedrooms, a shower. Fair warning, there was a constant wind blowing while we were there.
