We stayed the weekend there with our 3 month old pup who stayed in her crate at night, we took her outside every time she had to go out, she had her chew toys among other toys, we checked out no issues then my fiancee got his bank statement they charged us $450 saying dog tore up the room when she did NO SUCH THING! NOTHING WAS TORN RIPPED OR ANYTHING ELSE. We paid the deposit for having the pet I cannot believe the shadiness of the hotel office..I will be blasting the hell outta this place on social media, they are scheisters and I will make sure they know they have messed with the wrong couple...will be taking them to court!!

While waiting to close on my place. I was here for 79 day. Every is friendly. But this place is a old dilapidated hole-in-the-wall. After 2 weeks in 329. I got a, monthly room they moved to room 106. After 20mins I realized It was infested with bed bugs so bad. They had to move me. They put me back in 329.I got out of the late the next evening and seen mice running long my bed. When I reported they gave me a mouse trap Likr no big deal. Cop are in there constantly for problems. This place gives no refunds. Sure It's cheap! But I recommend you stay away.

Room was very clean. I was very surprised by the cleanliness of the room. It does not look that great on the outside, but I was impressed. Staff was very friendly. No musty odor like with most older motels. Great place to stay for the price

Booked Queen Room and paid in advance through Priceline. Informed Priceline AND called front desk to inform them of a very late arrival when we made the reservation. Arrived about midnight and was told they do not have our reservation. So we had no choice but to give them our card, they charged it $59.00, Priceline also charged us $49.94 when we made the reservation. We were also told "if the Priceline Reservation comes through our card will not be charged". It has taken two weeks but Priceline finally refunded their charge. The hotel told Priceline that we were a late arrival so there were no queens available, both the hotel and Priceline knew this when we made our reservation (the hotel was maybe at 30% occupancy) so the hotel charged us for a double and refused to refund our room. It is a basic hotel $50/night hotel, you get what you pay for. If you just need a bed for the night the hotel is ok but watch your statement as they may try to over charge you.

I had to travel from Montreal Canada to the Flint area and had planned to stay for one night at first. The room was fine and I had absolutely no deception. The next day, my plans changed and I decided to stay for one more night, I had to change to another room as my first room was reserved for that night but the second room was just as clean as the first one. The beds were clean and comfortable. I talked to the staff and told them I was glad I wasn't too scared about the negative reviews from other people. As for those who complained about cigarette smoke odor, I also hate it but I have to say that neither rooms I stayed in had any noticeable scent. But if it happens, think that it's hard for the staff to enforce non smoking in a private room. If other people fail to respect that, it's not the hotel's fault. When I was a student, I worked in a shelter where I was allowed to visit the bedrooms if I thought something wrong was happening there and even then, some people did smoke or drink in their rooms and I couldn't catch them all! If I ever have to return in the area, I'll definitely stay there again!

I've stayed in 3 different rooms at this site, and each one was clean and odor free. The room combination for me was 2 different nightly rates and one extended stay. I found the housekeeping and desk staff friendly and helpful. I travel often for a living, and this hotel is one of the best 'budget' hotels I've found. That said, this hotel is probably best suited for travelers, contractors, OTR truckers, and folks 'just passing through'. Not much in the way of family attractions around these parts,

Worst motel I've ever been to!!! Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room which is supposed to be a non-smoking room. Smelly bed linens....yucky carpet!!! They are probably not washing the bed linens on every customer!

Unclean room. I did not feel safe here at all. I left after a night to find a better hotel where I felt safe and could sleep. The towels were unclean the heat barley worked and the bedding was horrible and totally uncomfortable. The pictures do not accurately portray the room

was the worst unclean place I've ever seen, in a motel. dirty, stained, smelly, Then got nothing but a hassle when i asked for a different room, asked for my deposit back and got the run around about paying for a full nights charge for cancelling. Would not recommend this place for anyone, go further up the road. Its not worth the savings!
