Don't miss this place...great location for touring nearby places, Kilkenny, Waterford, Wexford and the hosts will point you to places nearby that we would have missed and were highlights of our trip, Kells Priory, Thomastown, Graiguenamanagh - wow that was a stunner. The local pub, the good food spots. We had a true Irish experience. They showed us their property...

We only wish we could have stayed for several more days! This experience, although for just one night, was a highlight of our 10 days trekking across the Emerald Isle. It was the real deal. Not only is the setting a perfect slice of the Irish countryside; the hosts, Mark and Ann Marie, are warm, welcoming, and engaging. They are...

I was in Ireland for 1 week and this place was on top of the list as far as best experiences. The hosts were great, Ann and Robin. Robin fixed us a traditional Irish breakfast and showed us around the farm. They showed us where to go in town for some "Craic" and informed us of an old abbey near...

The Lawcus Farm Guest House, and more importantly the hosts, Ann Marie and Mark, epitomize what makes Ireland the most amazing place with the most amazing people. My wife and I recently had the pleasure and privilege of staying at Lawcus Farm for two nights in the Brennans room during our two week Ireland holiday. The room was very welcoming...

My wife and I have stayed at Lawcus Farm many times over the past few years and we are always amazed at what AnnMarie and Mark accomplish. The rooms are always comfortable and clean and the mattresses have given me an excellent nights sleep and that does not come easy for someone who has has four major spine surgeries. AnnMarie...

We stayed here one night on our honeymoon, it was incredible. The owners are the most lovely people. Ann Marie makes the BEST breakfast in the morning, and feeding the lamb was a highlight of our trip! It's such a beautiful and serene property, you won't regret staying.

This was absolutely our favorite and most unique B&B in Ireland. Mark and Ann-Marie made us feel like family. Our first night there after a long drive, Mark helped us order take-out food that was delivered to the patio. Ann-Marie served us great made-to-order breakfasts and helped us plan our day trips. The one-mile tour around Kells Priory was awesome.

We go to Ireland every year to see family and always enjoy our trip. This most recent trip, however, will stand out in our collective memory because of our stay at Lawcus Farm. It is the most beautiful setting you can envision with the most gracious hosts you could possibly hope for. The accommodations are cozy, welcoming and spotless, with...

It would be impossible to imagine how this experience could be improved. Superb, friendly hosts, bountiful breakfasts, personalised maps and advice, a working farm with a stream flowing past and a wonderful base to explore Ireland's south-east. Mark and Ann-Marie set the benchmark for B&B host perfection. Thanks so much for a wonderful time. Paul and Janet.

Mark and Ann-Marie and Robin are the perfect hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the warm welcome to the accommodations. A beautiful sunroom to start the day and enjoy everyone's company while eating a delicious Irish breakfast. The hand drawn map of the local area and the recommendations nearby were just one of the many details they put in...
