The Frankenmuth Motel is AAA approved and locally owned and operated. The Motel is one street off of Main street, just 2 blocks North of Bronner's CHRISTmas Wonderland. We are situated between Michigan's Own Military and Space Museum and Zeilinger Wool Company. The Motel has 53 ground floor rooms and (following State Law) we are all non-smoking. The Motel does have a outdoor smoking area. We also have a limited number of pet rooms with a small cleaning fee. Coffee is available in our office/front desk area during office hours and a cold continental breakfast is available every morning. We may not be located on Main Street but we are only about 5 blocks from most Festivals and the RiverPlace Shops. We are only 8 blocks from Bavarian Inn and Zehnder's Restaurants downtown and all of Main Street has Free Parking. Within walking Distance of Zehnder's Splash Village.

Cute German inspired hotel. Room was clean, linens were fresh, and air conditioner worked fine. Had a small drip in the bathtub, but it was no big deal. The hotel is in the midst of being renovated and updated, which is nice. The rooms are sparse, and decorated to reflect the German heritage. The breakfast is very small (juice, yogurt, instant oatmeal, and pastries) but it is nice they include something. Parking is free, as is the wi-fi. Check in and check out were easy and the staff is friendly. They included a coupon to Bronner's at check in. Hotel is not far from the main downtown area. Overall, it is a clean stay for the price.

The room was small but cozy and clean. The motel grounds were well maintained. Right in the middle between Bronners and downtown. Off the main road so it was quiet. Beds were comfortable and loved the choice of pillows as I prefer a hard pillow and my husband prefers soft. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Ample coffee and tea. We have not stayed in a motel for years. It was a nice change and we won't hesitate to return here on our next visit to Frankenmuth.

This motel seems to be cared for with some love. The staff is very helpful. It’s nice to have a small breakfast provided to get the day going. The amenities in the room of refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. Good location. I found the beds to be hard. My travel mate likes that- I don’t so much. The room needs more light- it’s quite dingy. I was most taken aback by the fact that there wasn’t a secondary lock on the door. It looks like at one time there was a chain on the door but it got torn off. Females traveling alone, and probably others, would appreciate that being fixed promptly. I feel like we got our moneys worth.

This was the cleanest, nice looking rooms we had and the people were the friendliest and most helpful. WE totally LOVED this Motel. Clean inside and out, very easy for seniors and very accommodating.

Hubby and I stayed 2 nights recently at Frankenmuth Motel and were very pleased with our stay.It is a regular one story motel, like you don't find much any more, where you park right in front of your room. The motel is off the beaten path and not in the middle of the tourist area making it a quiet location. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There's no pool or workout room which was fine with us.Breakfast was a modest continental.Anyone looking for decent no frills accomodations, this is the place.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Since we were not on the main street, it was quite peaceful and quiet. Very nice. The breakfast was ample and provided the basics. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at the Frankenmuth Inn on August 30, 2023. We were very pleased with our room. The staff were very pleasant and informative. Our hotel was very close to everything we wanted to see. Frankenmuth was a beautiful place to visit and the Bavarian restaurant was great. The room was very clean but dated. We definitely will stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Easy to find, a bit ‘out of the way’, but yet close to “downtown” & not far from the ‘largest Christmas store” you could ever visit! Our room was excellent, well appointed, clean & modern with a very comfortable king bed! There was “nothing wanting!” Free wifi was provided as well as a ‘continental breakfast, the usual coffee, muffins, etc. - simple but good! Just a short drive if you want something more substantial! Overall…excellent, and we will return!

Just stayed one night but was very impressed. A beautiful friendly young woman checked us in- we were early but the room was ready. Convenient parking right outside the rooms. There was a picnic table in the yard. In room coffee, microwave and fridge, nice carpeting, soft towels and hot water- bang zoom! The AC was older but was fine. The bedding smelled fresh and a breakfast was included. I loved the blooming hydrangeas in the grounds. It was a nice touch that there was a menu of church services posted in the reception area. The hotel was adjacent to a military museum, healthy looking corn field, and a high end car lit that we enjoyed looking at. It was a great location and walking distance to most attractions, weather cooperating! It was very hot when we were there so I had to drive.

We would stay again - very clean and close to everything. Bathroom was completely updated and had awesome shower and I would have given 5 stars if the room had more lights. Felt a little dark but was so clean and close to everything! We would stay again - great value!!
