Not really sure how to review this hotel as the room was awful and not cleaned well. I refused to take my shoes off (not even socks were ok) until I got in to bed. The toilet still had remnants of past visitors, YUCK! Thank God I brought wipes to try to clean the place myself. The lobby on the...

First, there are a few good things to say. The hotel is fairly well maintained in the public areas and the staff is very nice. It is located close to the mall and places to eat dinner. Not to long of a drive from downtown or the airport. That being said, there was more negative things to say. First issue,...

We were there for a 4 night stay. The staff was amazing very friendly. Which makes me feel bad because the hotel itself needs so much help UPDATING is a must. Doesn't make sense for them to have such a great restaurant n such a bad hotel. We want to thank Rich and Jessica in the restaurant they were extremely...

The poor Adoba. This hotel is very inconsistent. The meeting facilities and restaurant are very good. The catering staff's service was fantastic! The bell/valet staff is also very good! The rooms and front desk are a disaster and the fault lies with this property's GM and owner. No investment is going into the property. The rooms have stained carpets and...

We were at the hotel for a martial art tournament. Very nice area, was a bit hard to find using GPS but that could have been because of the new construction. Clean rooms, coffee shop, bar and restaraunt Friendly staff a plus!

I had booked a month in advance, a two night stay for myself and three female companions to attend a function at the hotel. One of my friends has mobility challenges so was pleased to see that Adoba had ADA rooms available expecting this room to be more accessible with appropriate assistive devices to accommodate her needs. On arrival, we...

The room was adequate, but when I lifted the receiver on the phone to call room service, the phone was dead. I used my cell to call the number written on the phone. I got a recording that said the number belonged to the company that owned the hotel before the current owner. That transfer took place several years ago....

This is a good-looking hotel. It clearly was once very impressive, but has fallen on maintenance and cleanliness issues. Breathing I have a mold sensitivity, which flares up from hotel to hotel. I could tell the moment I reached the lobby that this hotel has mold in the ventilation system. I could feel the familiar wheeze in the throat. Our...

We stayed here for the weekend for a wedding in Detroit. The hotel is a 15-20 minute ride from the airport and downtown Detroit. It is also located across from a shopping mall with a Macy's and Sears. There is also a TGIF Fridays and PF Changes located across the street. The hotel was not good or bad, just average....

I've been here countless times for conferences and while I've seen it age over the years, nothing compared to this past visit. I was there 5 days and the hallways were never vacuumed, I know this because of the clump of hair that was on the floor near my room door. The carpet itself needs to be replaced throughout the...
