after reading reviews online we were hesitant about our stay. however we were very happy to receive great service from the moment we arrived. Check in did take some time but our room was clean, valet parking was easy, concierge was attentive and the food was good. very professional hotel, comfortable bed and great value. highly recommend and would return.

I stayed here to celebrate my 40th birthday at the casino. I stayed 3 nights in a lovely spa suite and was gifted with bottles of wine, 1 upon my arrival and another for my birthday. Had the best time and would definitely stay here again!!!

In a word UNCOMFORTABLE -Superior King Room. The "modern" bathroom is nothing more than a 90's motel throwback with some cosmetic facelift - still has a shower over the bath which is so last century and awkward (by no means modern) bench/stowage space is lacking. AND sitting in the bath is terrible as you can't lay your head back because the bench is hard up against the "head rest" area 🙃 The room is small with a wonderful all encompassing view of the rear carpark 🥱 We didn't sleep well in the bed, something uncomfortable about bed pillow combination .... Just tossed and turned most of the nights. Air-con also noisy to try and sleep thru. The in-house entertainment is a rip-off too. ALL movies cost $16.95 no matter how old they are and there are no other options after free-to-air or Fox Sports/Kids channels ... Our room service was lacking, they took away dirty towels and didn't replace them. When we ordered 2x face + 1x hand + 1x bath actually received 2x bath & 2x hand only !!! Have to specifically request things like shower cap, sanitary items etc. WTF - mini bar is so overpriced - NOT even complementary water from this supposed "4*+ rated hotel" ??? 🤔 Even on checkout they took the Debit Card and without asking put it through as a credit transaction incurring CC fee 🤑 The whole setup seems geared towards extracting maximum $$$ from patrons whilst offering little value for the expen$e. Totally underwhelming experince for over $200/night "on special" - not going to return here again EVER esp. when there are much nicer hotels in the CBD for less!!!

We were only staying one night. But this was value for money with all the Crown facilities close by. Friendly helpful staff. Could have had more cable channels but that was not what we were there for.

we styed there last night booked a room for 4 the room was to small my partner couldn't sleep in the bed as it was to small so he ended up sleeping on the floor, bed was also uncomfortable to sleep in. The bathroom had no exhaust fan and the view was the back of a building and carpark.

Had a lovely weekend and even had a city/river view between buildings which is very nice for the Promenade! Always a consistent place to stay and being the cheapest hotel at Crown, it offers the same comfort as any of the other Crown properties.

The accommodation and service at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The breakfasts were generous, and service was both efficient and professional. Our experience there was so positive that we would unreservedly recommend Crowne Promenade to both family and friends visiting Perth.

was very disappointed, tried to fleece me for extra money claiming booking agent cancelled when they didn’t. Locked me out during night and didn’t tell me the card was not useable when I went to get ice. Food poor. Service very bad. Made to feel like I shouldn’t be there, car got keyed in secure parking area. Rooms not clean,
