We stayed 2 nights in one of the cabins on the golf course. It was a very cozy little cottage with a fireplace and 2 bedrooms, bath, little porch on the front. For the price I wish they would of had a small refrigerator available, but I would stay again. Nice setting

On a whim my husband and I decided to go to Upper Michigan. It was a last minute decision and every hotel along the Lake Superior shore was either booked or crazy expensive ($450 for a Holiday Inn?) Then I stumbled upon the Keweenaw Mountain Lodge. Not only did they have vacancy but they had one and two bedroom cottages...

The lodge has an outstanding park-like setting, but the rooms are seriously out of date. Internet does not work in rooms, furnishings are tired and faded. And though the lodge has a restaurant, no breakfast is offered, even for purchase, forcing a drive into town. Don't stay unless you expect rustic accommodations.

Quaint cabins bordering a beautiful golf course cut into the forest of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan made for a great holiday. Our cabin was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Missing a fridge, but there is a restaurant on the property with good food. During our stay the main dining room was closed, which was disappointing, but you can eat at...

We just finished a week at the Lodge. We have been coming here for the past 30 years. The Lodge has been a wonderful place for our family to gather. The cabins are clean and well stocked with firewood. We thoroughly enjoyed the week with rest, relaxation and golf. We had a meal at the Lodge once. They were in...

This resort was built as a Works Progress Administration (WPA) project. President Roosevelt kept skilled Americans working and this is one of the best examples of how well that all went. The mountain-top resort has about thirty large log cabins and a nine-hole golf course! The main lodge has one of America's largest stone fireplaces and a wonderful dining room...

I have stayed at this lodge twice in the past five years with my family, and I have had a blast every time. The cabins are extremely comfortable with their own little kitchenettes and plenty of room for guests. The lodge itself has a great bar and fine dining for a great dinner at the end of a day full...

Gorgeous area. Stayed the 1st 2 days they opened. Some confusion with the new staff but we were treated extremely well The cabin we stayed in was quaint and very clean. The restaurant was great. Both breakfast and dinner was excellent. If you're addicted to social media, take note. Cell service is sketchy at best. Wifi very weak in our...

We are not sure what was worse, all the dead flies in the windowsill next to our table, or the swarm of fruit flies surrounding our bottle and glasses of wine! We covered our wine glasses with our napkins, and that helped! The service was super super slow, however there was a huge wedding going on in the event room....
