Very Clean Facilities. My bathtub was a little worn, but it functioned. Lots of towels in room. Bed comfortable and again a very clean, cost saving hotel. This is probably the lowest priced motel in the Frankenmuth area.

I stayed here recently for 2 weekends. I found the Inn to be a very pleasant experience. Birch Run has a myriad of hotels with different star ratings and price brackets. This Inn was priced fair and is located right off I-75 and the Birch Run shops and commercial district. The room was very clean and well maintained, check in and out was easy and smooth. They offered a complimentary breakfast standard fare, but good enough to get your day started. A whirlpool tub was available but I didn't try it. Coffee in the lobby all day.

Needed a room for a weekend event in Frankenmuth. Stayed 2 nights. This was overall a pleasant experience. Hotel is small which for me is a bonus. Rooms were a decent size, and clean, beds were comfortable my only issue there was the pillows were thin and pretty hard. The room was for the most part good, the AC unit was dated but did work just fine so that really wasn't an issue for me. The hallways look a bit dated snd dark as well but really wasn't a huge deal. They offer free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water in the lobby 24/7. The breakfast was very simple and limited but was delicious. I had the waffles and was not disappointed. The hotel does have a hot tub, I can't speak to its quality as I was to busy to enjoy it. Overall I would say that this is a good place to stay and a good value.

Very nice room, up to date and outside is freshly painted. Got the kitchen suite room 130. Everything was perfect, except the outside door is extremely loud. People in and out all hours of the night. Noticed people hanging in a car until 3 am. Hot tub room had mold in the corners and needs a major cleaning and also needs new blinds. Breakfast is decent nothing fancy but enough to get you started for your morning. If you want a quiet place to sleep ask for a room on the second floor away from outside doors. The employees weren't that friendly so next time I will be staying elsewhere. I've had better experiences here but this one was not great. I'll spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

Everything is great about this place. The breakfast is phenomenal, you can get a room with a jacuzzi, the front desk personnel are the kindest, most friendly people who go above and beyond to help you out and answer questions. You might even get to see a 4 legged friend. Roy, the maintenance guy, was one of the most hilarious and knowledgeable guys I’ve ever met and can talk to you about anything. Makes you feel like you are with family!

Having been to the Birch Run/Frankenmuth area for many years, this was the first time we stayed at this particular hotel, as we were traveling with our dog over Labor Day weekend. I have to say that the room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was great, always asking if we needed anything. The bathtub looked like it was in the process of being remodeled, but it was clean. The breakfast was sufficient, we just ended up having muffins and coffee, and that was enough for us. The hotel is close to the freeway, Birch Run Outlets, lots of restaurants, and Frankenmuth is not far at all. The room rate/dog fee was so reasonable too. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a "King Suite". Outdoor furniture table in room. Filthy , stained recliner. Hair in tub and on bathroom floor. Stained carpeting. $184.00 a night??? Peeling paint, cracked tub, just an unbelievable mess for any price. Trip Advisor let me down on this one!

We actually have stayed in this hotel 3-4 times. It is what we choose when we are in the area. It’s affordable, the breakfast is decent, they have coffee and water available. Rooms are basic and clean, which is all we need. My family really enjoys the hot tub and sauna. Staff has always been nice, we have never had any issues. The beds are comfortable and we love that we have the option to bring our puppies along if we need to.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. She asked us if we were going to use the hot tub and when we said yes, she changed our room at no charge to us so that we were closer to the hot tub. The room was very comfrotable and clean! It wsa a great price for a great stay!

Upon arrival, the hostess was very kind and polite. It's very clean, and a great jacuzzi among other amenities. It isn't located far from the interstate, and there is a large variety of restaurants close by. Would recommend if you're looking for options.

No there isn't. We just ask no animals are to be left alone for long periods of time.
When I stayed in March they were still renovating but it's now complete.
For our continental breakfast we serve cereal, muffins, bagels, bread, bananas, waffles, coffee, tea, and orange and apple juice.
check in3:30 but if your room is available they let you check in early. If you phone the Hotel and ask for a early check in they will be more than happy to accommodate you I am sure
