We've been coming to the Bellaire B&B for years. The Inn and grounds are beautiful. It is always a pleasurable stay. Jim and Dave are exceptional hosts, always accommodating to every guest. When you find an inn with extraordinary value, it only makes sense to visit over and over again.

These guys have it figured out. Beautiful grounds, very nice mansion, great hosts and great food - all at a reasonable price. I really can't think of anywhere else I would rather stay while in or around Bellaire. I've stayed twice, and I have two more reservations pending.

This was our first trip up the Peninsula with friends that live in Michigan, and stayed at the Belair B&B for the night. Our first impression was "what a gorgeous house and property".. Our room was great, and both Jim and Dave, make you feel as part of the family immediately. The experience was truly extraordinary....From mingling during "happy hour"... More

Had a nice 1 night stay at the Bellaire B&B. Stay in the area to see the fall colors, visit Harbor Springs, and drive the Tunnel of Trees on our way to Petoskey. We had coffee at Moka ( delish pumpkin cookies too!) and dinner at Shorts~ which was fab.

I stayed in the Vintage room with a friend on a road trip back from Denver (we went the long way) and it was AMAZING. The room itself had amazing charm, beautiful decor, the attached bathroom had a beautiful antique bathtub with everything you could imagine included. Our hosts, Jim and David and their cute little pups, were so friendly... More

My husband and I have been visiting this bed and breakfast twice a year for over ten years. We have a favorite room and always enjoy the delicious breakfasts Dave provides. I recently had to switch to a gluten-free, dairy-free diet so assumed that I would not be able to eat the breakfast provided; however, Jim and Dave went above... More

David and Jim are the perfect hosts! They have thought of every detail to make their B&B a wonderful place to stay. Their breakfasts are out of this world good! If you have stayed at another B&B before, I can guarantee it will not be as good as this one. They will help you with things to do and places... More

We went for our anniversary......such a beautiful setting! The home is very comfortable, clean and the staff is friendly! We would definitely return in the future! The porch is inviting for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. We were able to sit outside and play some games. Breakfast was delightful, lots of great food and conversation. They also offered... More
