Our go-to stay for visiting our son at local college or taking the train into Boston. From check-in to departure the hotel facility and staff are very accommodating to making the stay as friendly and efficient as possible. Jackie is the utmost accommodating host we have experienced over many years staying at Marriot chain hotels. Along with her staff, especially...

What a pleasant surprise to find this location in a rather tired post industrial town. Once could grow to love what Worcester is up to with it's wonderful food and craft artisans and young entrepreneurs bringing the town lovingly back. But didn't expect to find such a great hotel. It didn't matter that breakfast wasn't included. Head for the Birch...

We had stayed here often and it serves our purpose for a quick stay on business. Close enough to downtown and could walk it good weather. Shuttle is great idea if it fits your schedule. Driving around Worcester is difficult. The rooms are smallish and there is no view anywhere. One side faces a fairly busy road the other side...

Six of us staying in two rooms. When I placed the resevations on their local website for the two identical rooms I got an email from the front desk checking that it had been my intention and that i didn't accidently double enter. Seems simple enough yet what a trrouble saver if.... I've never had that before. The AC in...

I like this hotel. I've stayed here twice. It's a decent location to WPI and Assumption College. It also has decent restaurants close by. I LOVED that they have a shuttle to take you to local restaurants and places. That's AWESOME! The check in was fine. The pillows, not so great but the rooms are roomy and clean. My only...

This property is located right next to the WPI Gateway Complex and central to the main business/hospital district. The rooms are large and quiet . Perfect for a business person on the go and for large families. Not a big property so it is easy to navigate. There is breakfast in the lobby and parking on premises.

I have traveled to Worcester monthly for the last 6 years. The staff at the Courtyard always makes me feel like an honored guest. They welcome me by name and are so warm and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I am always pleased with my stay. Keep up the good work!

We stayed in October 2016 for a wedding. We were completely ignored by one of the hotel desk clerks. The bathroom was disgusting and not up to standards. It was not very clean. The room and customer service was not Marriott Standard.

489susanh, We are sorry for the service failures you experienced in October. We focus on deep cleaning bathrooms, along with the rest of our guest rooms, but seem to have missed the mark during your stay. Please accept our apologies for the front desk interaction that occurred, this is not typical of our hotel as our service scores are always...

Good location in the central business district. Lobby is bright and staff were wonderful. Ample free parking in a shared lot. Rooms are large, but dated. Room was clean just a bit tired. Bed was comfortable and water pressure good in the shower. Good for doing business in Worcester - a bit bland for personal travel.

The rooms are clean, nice, updated, and include a fridge and microwave. There is not a good selection of chain restaurants nearby, but the Courtyard Bistro has tasty food. Ample parking with no additional fee.
