Dont the unique decor of the hotel fool you. Outside the decor of the hotel, the rest is just gabbage, it shouldn't be part of the Hilton branch. I travel into Boston every week on assignment and it so happen that am currently staying in this hotel right now. I always have great experience in all the Hilton hotels I have been staying with except this particular one. I am suppose to be staying here for 4 days, and 3 day into my stay. Last night, as I was relaxing and having a cup of wine, the glass felt off my hand and spill on the bed. I had to use a towel to cover that side of the bed in order to be able to sleep on the bed till in the morning. I got in touch with the front desk at 7am this morning before going to work to let them know that I needed my bed sheet changed due to the spill drink. The lady at the front desk, assured me that it will be changed before I get back. when I got back from work at 3pm and got to my room, the bed sheet is still not changed. I called the front desk, to enquire as to why it wasn't changed. BILL at the front desk answered the phone and told me that, am not staying more than 4 days so, my room cant be clean. If I need towels, it can be send up stairs. I had to let him know again that, I had stopped at the front desk earlier today to let them know why I needed my bed sheet changed. From this point onwards he became condescending and repeat the same thing he said earlier of me not staying more than 4 days, and as I was about to say I will go down stairs to collect the bedsheet, he hang the phone on my ear. I call again to ask what was his reason for hanging up the phone on me, he didn't pick the phone. After that, I went down stairs to talk to him in person, and all he could say is, "I did not hang up the phone, I thought you hang up, Maybe the phone got disconnected". what a LAME ASS EXCUSE, for been UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! This is the WORST experience I have ever had at a Hilton hotel and will never stay here again. Can't wait to check out

We do apologize for the inconvenience of not receiving housekeeping service during your stay and of the housekeeping schedule . Since Hilton has set new standards for various reasons, our hotel doesn't provide service on a daily basis which is why the housekeeping schedule is as you described. Very nice accommodations, very clean. Great staff. Just stay away from the even numbered rooms. They overlook the restaurant bar so it gets a little bit noisy. Otherwise a great hotel. Like Hilton always is.

This hotel has great unique decor. Outside ofthe decor the hotel lacked. No option for housekeeping. No restaurant opened on Sundays. The rooms have zero sound buffer. You can hear everything. The shower had only lukewarm water and no water pressure.

When you book a hilton hotel and pay high prices , the expectation are high, and in this experience was not the case. Our room was big but not clean, the same for the bathroom. The staff was friendly . it was not to our satisfaction and we will not come back

Hilton caters to people that dont need to use TripAdvisor. People that dont care how much they have to spend to get the hilton experience. Remember that if you think you like what they show you in the pictures for this place. First off and most important. If you have a back back and have trouble bending over, DONT BOOK A HANDICAP ROOM. you will be forever bending over to reach anything. Light switch, faucet in the very small shower, complete with a huge showerhead that will spray water all over the room and take all your towels to clean up, unless you like slipping on the floor. And dont forget to close the bathroom door when you have to sit down or you will be watching yourself in the poorly placed mirror. And the view. Ohhhhhh the view. I can tell you they place their air conditioners on the roof. Breakfast: better stop and sign in first, dont matter if the maiter'd isn't there or not. He will tell you he was there when he wasn't. And be prepared to prove you room came with the meal, or they will make you pay twice. Not cool. Look into other options.

Because of the great review ,we decided to book a stay at the worburn. Mass. Hilton hotel. We chevked in on Aug. 26th. 2022, After spending the day sightseeing we were looking forward to a quiet evening. No issues with check in. The place is well maintained. My grandson I enjoyed the pool. Very nice! Everything was great. Until , the room adjacent to ours decided to throw a party. There had to be at least 12 young adults. We figured that they would settle down as time goes on. That was not the case. Time was not going to change the noise level. We decided it would be best to request another room. The young lady that was working that evening was very sweet. She tried to find.a room for us to no avail .They were booked. There was also a gentleman working along side of her, chimed in that they'll send up security. Have no idea if he sent scruity up to the room. I asked for a refund. Not the whole charge but half. I thought becsuse of the situation I thought was reasonable request. The gentleman asked if we had used the rest room or sat on the beds? Excuse me. Did you just asked if we used the room? Yes. We can not give a refund for noise or if the room was used. We check out, head home. Very disappointment!! There was no compromise or even a suggestion to resolve the issues. Sending security , would not of done anything. At least we could of been offered a room with one of their affiliated hotels or a refund.

Don’t be deceived by the pictures. Here’s what we had in our room…some mold in the shower, mold/rust under sink rim, only scalding hot water in shower in morning, AC was mild at best, bed was like a sinkhole, refrig didn’t work. The positive is they do have balcony’s that overlook the pool and restaurant - that was cool & restaurant food was good and had a cool vibe. But the room was far below average. This is an older motel that appears to be on the decline.

Due to the increasing costs in hotels in Boston, we were lucky to find this Hilton just a few minutes away for 1/3 the price. Parking was ample, the room was nice and cold due to the 100 degree temps, it was quiet in our room both stays, the bathroom was clean, the sheets were crisp and clean and the breakfast buffet was great. Bernice was our server for breakfast three times…she was such a personable, sweet lady and attentive service! Highly recommend staying here and will be back. Thanks Hilton!

I arrived at the hotel after a long journey at around 1230-1am. Unfortunately the key card machine at the front desk wasn't working and so there was no way to open the room. The suggestions were to use the Hilton app or have maintenance manually open the room up for me - I used the app. I then found out that my room had been changed (not upgraded) from the one I selected. Got into the room, but the bathroom door was locked shut. Called down...15min wait for someone to open it up. Not ideal at 1am! The room was just OK but there was some paint peeling on the ceiling and the bed linen wasn't the cleanest. The shower was good and I appreciated the large TV and charging points in the bedside table. Each interaction with the front desk generally left me feeling unappreciated and like I was an inconvenience. Abrupt and unapologetic service. The shuttle driver was the exception as he was friendly, polite and helpful. I didn't receive any of the benefits of being Hilton Gold as I booked through an agent (fair enough - but I also think I received sub standard service and had a lot of issues during my short stay). We needed to take the shuttle to Anderson station but there was a staff shortage and so the advertised shuttle wasn't running. There were no alternatives other than an Uber (which the hotel did not offer to cover) I mentioned that the stay hadn't been great to the front desk who were unapologetic and said a lot of the matters were out of their control. I'm not sure how a broken Hilton key card system, paint peeling from the ceiling and dirty linen are out of the hotel's control - but hey what do I know! I was offered some Hilton points to compensate for the poor experience. It's a month since I checked out and they haven't arrived. So all-in-all probably the worst Hilton property I've stayed in in recent times. I'll seek out an alternative next time I'm in the Boston area.
