I would heartily recommend this motel. The owners very kindly had my room ready for me when I arrived earlier than expected after the drive to Williamstown from New York City. The accommodations were roomy, comfortable, and fully equipped, even to the detail of chocolates at the bedside! The motel's location is down the hill from Williams College, and the...

A lovely place - the owner, Ashwan, is very friendly, accommodating and informative. The rooms are clean and there is a lovely area in the back to relax and gaze at the horses in the adjacent field. They might even come over and say hello.

The best features of a small family owned motel! I was concerned when I saw that the Swedish couple that owned it had retired, but the new owner is warm and inviting. The room was spotless and still has many little touches that are important like wall hooks where needed, an iron and board, clock/radio on both sides of our...

I traveled from NC to Williamstown for my spring break and it was so nice to check into my cosy room at Maple Terrace after a 12 hour drive. I usually stay in hotels instead of motels, but Maple Terrace was really a lovely place to stay for four nights and it was a great location for my plan to...

I have not stayed in a motel since traveling with my grandparents as a child and was a bit leery of the dated decor in the pictures but glad I took the chance. This well-run motel offered a lot of value during a recent college visit to Williams with my daughter. We arrived late one night and the owner had...

We stayed here over the weekend as we were visiting the local college. The owner is wonderful, personable and very helpful. We needed to purchase a few items and was going to drive 30 minutes to another town, but he directed us to a closer business that would have what we needed - thus saving us more of a drive!...

We stayed the weekend in the deluxe room on this nice little property. We so much enjoyed the comfort of having two wing chairs to relax in after a busy day at the Clark Art Museum. The furnishings are warm and inviting. We also had a fridge, microwave and coffee set up which added to out comfort. There is WiFi...

I am staying here (as I type this) on an extended business stay. My room is lovely with many windows that open, beautiful views, a comfy bed, a sparkling modern bathroom. The room is immaculate and has many thoughtful touches - a welcoming chocolate, luxury pillows with extra, extra bedding, a coffee pot and refrigerator in the room with a...

The owners run a simple motel that served our needs just fine since we just wanted a simple place to stay while enjoying the local cross-country skiing options. We walked to downtown Williamstown from there and found the sidewalks not well cleared from snow earlier in the week; disappointing. We had the king-sized bed room with fireplace...nice, roomy, simple. Love...

This was a pleasant surprise for me - I have been sampling Williamstown motels of late and will definitely settle on this one for future stays. The room was charming and clean, very comfortable -lots of little extra touches (including a couple of Hershey kisses by the bed). The owner too was charming and friendly. I will be back.
