It eked out 3 stars. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. There is no mildew, must or smell. It is on a main street, but at night there is no traffic, and the clientele is quiet , so the hotel is quiet. The motel is very tired., It's kept up, in good shape, but it is spartan. We...

We loved our stay at the Williamstown Motel during a family fall foliage trip to the Berkshires. Attractive rooms with extremely comfortable beds. The family that runs the motel is warm and welcoming and the location can't be beat. Gorgeous scenery, beautiful college town, world-class museum, The Clark Institute. Great vacation!

Well located, clean and comfortable. Would use it again. The host family lives there and are very helpful. Only snag is that their machine doesn't accept non-US credit cards, but there's an ATM next door so no problem really.

This is an old fashioned one level hotel. It is immaculately clean and comfortable. The family who owns it live there and are very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the Dunkin Donuts which is 2 minutes away. Would stay there again. We were visiting Williams College and it was very handy to that as well. Would stay here...

We'll stay there again, which is a way of saying we were very satisfied. It was a very nice experience staying there. The room was comfortable and conveniently located to the art museums that brought us to the area.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was more than sufficient. However, it was the customer service which was particularly impressive. We were greeted enthusiastically, the owner helped me with directions and even printed off a copy for me to take, and he even cleaned the snow off our car in the morning! We were very pleased and...

Great location for a visit to the Clark and Mass MOCA. We also met folks there visiting Williams College. Decent, affordable property. Large room with two queen beds made it easy for a family of four to stay comfortably. Small, basic bathroom. Simple breakfast. Efficient, helpful hosts, ample parking. Great choice if you want a clean, comfortable place to sleep...

This is a great motel for folks visiting Mass MoCA (like we were) or Williams College. The rooms are spacious for a motel and the fridge was inside was a good enough size to grab groceries from Wild Oats across the street. The breakfast had your standard continental fare but what I liked best was that the juices were from...
